Perched on the Gerringong headland, this striking home is a desirable destination for couples or a family group. Please note: no more than ten guests and no hens, bucks or other party groups. CCTV cameras are in place to monitor any abuse of these rules.

Configuration - Tasman Drive is a split level home, with threelevels as follows:
On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen, living and dining area with leather sofas, large flatscreen TV, adjoining decks, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is modern and sleek and has quality appliances. There are also two bedrooms on this level, one with a queen bed and large wooden cot, and the second with a queen bed only. They share a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.
On the upper level, there is another bedroom with qu een bed and views to the beach. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet plus an outdoor luxury limestone freestanding bath - something unique! Stainless steel louvres and smoked glass balustrades mean you can bathe outdoors in privacy while enjoying the spectacular view!
The basement floor is designed for the kids and has four single beds . There is also a g ames room with pool, fusball and table tennis tables. There is also a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet, and a laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer.
Outdoors - Tasman Drive has w ide decks or marble terraces on all levels. There is outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ facing the mountain views to the west.The sunny lawn area extends from the outdoor entertainment area on the basement level. The house also has an o utdoor shower for use after returning from the beach.
Heating and cooling - Tasman Drive can be opened up in summer to take in the ocean breeze. There are dimplex electric heaters on the walls, an electric fireplace in the games room, and an outdoor heater on the balcony.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for three cars on the driveway and parking platform. Please note that the property has a somewhat steep driveway. There is also a parking bay across the road for public use.
Pets - Tasman Drive is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
Small non shedding dogs only
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The yard is fenced at the back
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay - There is a minimum twonight stay for all bookings, which changes to threenights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary wifi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency northe owner canguarantee 100% that the wifi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
CCTV security cameras - please note that t his property has security cameras positioned outside the house and inside the garage for security. There is also one internal camera in the playroom. Camera footage will only be reviewed if the house is overloaded with guests, or hens, bucks or other party groups book the house without permission. The cameras are not or will not be used for any other purpose.
