Overall, the house was fun for the family. The roads leading to the house are very narrow and steep. The day we arrived we were stopped as a tow truck was pulling a car out of a ditch on the side of the road (3 minutes from the house). Some of the stretch of road is steep on the side, and people do not drive slow. The only issue we had with the house itself was the bathrooms. For us, they were very outdated and need work. At least bleach the tubs - they are black on the bottom and not very inviting. Dead bugs in the lights in both bathrooms. Toilets and seats are old. The vents were covered in dirt and dust. If you’re going to have a blanket “we can’t accommodate early check in”, it should at least be really clean. If I saw the pictures that I took, I honestly would not have booked the house. The decking outside needs to be updated as well. We did not spend any time out there. Not trying to bash the house but maybe this will get to the actual owners and not just Evolve, as it needs some updating in certain areas.

We have a baby, a 10 year old and 2 teenager and there was plenty of room and entertainment for everybody! In between of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Great cabin! We would definitely stay there again
