This recently remodeled Mediterranean style single family home is located in the heart of the distinguished Southern Californian (So Cal) coastal city of Palos Verdes Estate. This is a perfect private family location for relaxation as you enjoy being surrounded by an upscale residential community overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Palos Verdes Peninsula is a hidden rural, coastal gem of Los Angeles. It is located near South Bay, near Redondo Beach and Torrance, and has some of best ocean views anywhere in the area. This is one of the few stretches of wild coastline in LA County, with hiking trails, a huge oceanfront resort, a historic lighthouse and museum at Point Vicente where the official West Coast whale watch count is done each year from Dec-March.
