This privately owned and managed home has it all to help create your perfect dream vacation on Pensacola Beach. This is a new completely renovated 5BR/3.5BA home designed for your family to have the best of both worlds with the Sound in your backyard and the Beach in the front within steps. It is complete with a beautiful heated gunite pool, boat lift and dock with extended decking for viewing sunsets with stairs to access the water. You will enjoy sitting on the dock watching the amazing sunsets or in the morning having coffee as you watch pelicans fly over or dolphins playing in the water. You may even be so lucky to have a visit from our resident bald eagle. The Gulf of Mexico is literally steps away and the Baby Beach on the Sound is just a few houses down. You will have it all with this beautifully decorated home that includes an open floor plan with a large sectional sofa in the family area along with bar and wine fridge. The family area flows right into the kitchen with a large Island that seats 8 with high end finishes and a fully stocked chefs kitchen with all Thermador appliances including a 6 burner gas range. The kitchen flows right into the intimate dining area that seats 8. The open floor plan and windows along the back of the home allows for amazing 180 degree views of the Pensacola sound! The back deck is accessible right off the kitchen and dining area, as well as Master bedroom. It is furnished along with the downstairs entertaining space complete with dining table that seats 8, gas grill , flat screen TV, heated pool ($75/day) , corn hole and even a adjustable basketball goal located in the front driveway for the kiddos! You may never leave the house, but if you do venture out to our amazing beach there is a beach cart and bikes for you to use for quick access! The boat dock includes a boat lift large enough for a 28ft boat, stairs into the water and a fish cleaning station with fresh water for that Big Catch!! We also have paddle boards and a kayak for those looking to explore the sound up close and personal! Inside the home you will feel like you are at a 5 star hotel in the master suite with amazing views of the water and a master bath complete with double sinks, a soaking tub and a grand walk in shower. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, along with a sleeper sofa in the kids playroom that acts as a 6th bedroom. There are 3 full baths with 1 half bath and an outside shower. Our guests will always have hot water with our on demand water system. Additional amenities include an elevator and an indoor stairwell that can be accessed from the garage or front door for your convenience. There is also a second refrigerator located downstairs in the garage for overflow. The home is setup with Sonos music with speakers located throughout the home and outside on the deck and entertaining area. This private home is locally owned and managed providing our guests an attention to detail like no other. This is our home and we have taken great pride in creating the perfect vacation home. It is our hope to share this beautiful place with others that will treat it with the love and care that we have put into it! YOUR PARADISE AWAITS!

Beautiful and Peaceful!

This home and their owners are so special. The beautiful, modern style with soothing tones and colors, was just perfect for a busy family to step back and relax. We came as three couples (brothers and wives) to attend a wedding and our stay was just perfect. Coffee on the sound and a quick easy walk to the ocean - heavenly. We highly recommend!

Loved this house. You could tell this was actually used as someone’s vacation home. Amazing Vacation

Ashley and Brian were great hosts and responsive to our requests. The house was in a perfect location on the sound and we were able to fish and crab off the dock. We were also able to rent a pontoon and tie it up to the dock. The house was well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, and spices. The beds were comfortable and we had many living spaces to spread out and enjoy. Overall, this was a great rental and helped make our trip extra special.

Family wedding with babies

Love, love, LOVED this property. Ashley was so great at communicating. We were traveling with our 1 and 2 year old for a family wedding and she helped make it as easy as possible. The location is gorgeous. We went for walks everyday and the heated pool was perfect this time of year.

This house was the perfect fit for our family to stay and enjoy everything about Pensacola beach! The views from the house are stunning. The pool in the afternoon is so relaxing and enjoyable to watch the sunset! The extras of the kayak, paddle boards let you explore the beautiful sound! The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking as we love to stay in and cook every night! Easy walk to the beach. The owners are very informative and extremely easy to communicate with! We very much enjoyed our stay at his gorgeous home. The first floor bedrooms created a respite for the pre-teen and teenage boys, while the adults had the upstairs largely to ourselves. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, serving platters, appliances, silverware and dinnerware. The views of the sound are top notch from the kitchen and dining area, and the pool is a great amenity to go along with the dock/water access. Only a short, 4 block walk to the beach makes this location a perfect balance between the quiet of the sound-side, and easy access to the beach. Ashley and Bryan were very reachable and easy to communicate with when we had any concerns, questions, or issues. I'd happily stay here again.

Beautiful property fantastically maintained by great homeowners! Beautiful house with great outdoor spaces between the upper deck, patio & pool area with the dock. Family and friends had a great time playing basketball, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, crabbing and just relaxing in the pool. The home is really well maintained, the best I've seen in years and I think its because the homeowners maintain the house and not let a management company handle. The homeowners were supper responsive when we needed air for a bike tire and a lsat minute decision to heat the pool. Also, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans utensils, etc.... We will definitely be coming back. Can't wait!

Best vacation house my family has stayed in!

The house is beautiful, comfortable and so well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. Everyone's favorite was the pool right on the sound. We had two nights of severe storms and the house never lost power or internet and the A/C kept us cool on the hottest week. The owner of the house is so friendly and responsive we chatted easily throughout the week. We had all teens with us and they were NEVER BORED. Between the basketball hoop, the TVs that were new and compatible with streaming devices and video games, the fishing poles, the fun floaties for the pool and gulf it was fantastic. I always choose a new house each summer but I will definitely return to this one! Highly, highly recommend!

Perfection!!

This house is perfect for a large family. There were 12 of us staying and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the amenities and view and just relax without being on top of each other. The sunsets were amazing! The pool was clean and well used by the kids. We all got to relax and do our own thing. We used the kayak and paddle board, fished and crabbed from the dock. We had the best weekend just spending time together. We couldn’t have picked s better house and location. Ashley is a great host and was very easy to communicate with. We had no issues at all.This is by far our favorite rental we have found to date. Can’t wait to stay again in the future. Thanks Ashley!! Your home is superb!

Winter Retreat in Florida

Our family had an absolutely fantastic stay, despite the fact that it was unseasonably cool while we were in Pensacola. The cold weather prevented us from enjoying the outside amenities offered by the house (which were many), but we still enjoyed ourselves immensely due to the great features of the property. We have a large family and everyone was able to rest comfortably in their own space and the kitchen and family room areas were large and well designed so we could spend time together in comfort too. The waterfront location of the house is absolutely beautiful. We awoke each morning and looking out our window on the bay was like looking into a beautiful painting. Sunrise and sunset were spectacular, especially from the Gulfside of the island which was just a short walk away. The interior of the house is stunning as well, which added to the beauty of our trip. The property's hosts were also helpful and available to us during our stay. Can't say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommended,

We are 20 year residents of Pensacola Beach and have loved living here! This is our 3rd vacation home that we have renovated and managed and it is by far the best one yet! We love this home and have designed it to last and enjoy for years to come. We have 2 children and have designed this home around the things our family enjoys the most. We love all things water including fishing, paddle boarding, surfing and just lounging in the pool! This home is special to us and we hope to share it with other families who share in our love for all things water!

Why they chose this property

This is a home...not just a rental. This homes is unique in that it is on the Sound (the bay immediately behind the house) and has a heated pool in the back yard and dock with a boat lift. You can literally sit in the pool and watch dolphin play in the back yard! This is beach/water living at its best. Paddle board or kayak in the back yard...swim...water ski if you have/rent a boat. You will not be disappointed!
