This newly remodeled farmhouse style home features two bedrooms each with a queen bed and also a deluxe air mattress for additional guests.You can watch your Netflix, Hulu & more on the Smart TV with Roku. The patio in the backyard is yours to enjoy when weather allows. And, a keyless entry makes coming & going from the property trouble-free. Coffee & tea is provided.

The home is located on a major street that makes it convenient & easy to get anywhere in town. It is located on the western edge of Historic Delano Neighborhood that is loaded with fun, trendy restaurants, bars & breweries. For the exercise enthusiasts, it is steps away from the Arkansas River Path where you can walk or run along the paved path that travels through some of the most scenic parts of the city. While you will have to drive drive to the Delano District, the FREE Q-Line Trolley there can take you to other fun areas of our city (such as Old Town) & back!

Great little Wichita house

This was a great little house to stay in with a very convenient central location. We visited Wichita for my daughter's spring break and went to several places that were very close to the house. It was very clean and nice inside and the property owner was very responsive during our stay to a couple questions/concerns that come up. Would highly recommend this place for a Wichita getaway!

Cute house, close to downtown events

House was clean and stocked with everything you would need. We were in town for an event at the convention center and the location was convenient. Adorable farmhouse / Kansas decor.

Great location great home

Wonderful owner and property. Just know it’s on a busy street but that wasn’t a problem. Would be great to be able to use the garage though.

Farmhouse Find

The ICT Farmhouse was perfect for our extended stay visiting relatives in Wichita. The location was close to everything and the home was stocked with everything you could need. Cheri was very responsive to any needs or questions we might have had. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area
