Nice renovations
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We really like the start of your renovation. The condo is bright and refreshing.Would like an adjustable showerhead in guest bathroom. New vinyl plank floors would also be awesome. Our experience this year with cleanliness was far from exceptable.We take off our shoes at the door,however this year our feet were black from the floor not being remotely clean.There is a mop for us to use but when I pay $200 for a cleaning fee,I expect the floors to be clean.There were stained towels in both bathrooms. We also have no idea if the comforter is clean.This is the first year I felt I needed to wash the sheets before we used them.I washed blankets to use on beds as well. We also cover all living room furniture with sheets we find in the condo and a few from home as we don't like to sit on dirty couches and we don't want to make it worse(we've done that for decades).Also the rugs are filthy. We roll them up and put them aside.Both bathrooms were re-mopped by the cleaning staff due to the dried dirty water film on the floor.I thought you should know Please don't give up on what you've accomplished.We will be back next year.Thank you so very much
