We take cleanliness seriously; I’ve passed your notes about odors and stains to housekeeping so we can do a deep clean, treat the affected surfaces, and retrain on our turnover checklist. I apologize for the entry code trouble — our maintenance team will inspect the lock system and arrival instructions to prevent repeats. I’m very sorry the smoke alarm went off but am glad maintenance could fix it promptly. Our maintenance team is, in fact, in the process of installing all new blinds. That project should be done very shortly. The bunk beds are brand new and were installed with extra safety bracketing, so we are confident that they are perfectly safe for our renters. We do not currently supply coffee but will absolutely keep your feedback in mind whenever we re-assess that decision.
