Hi Im a Designer in the Film Biz which takes me away from my home a fair bit. I woork internationally on large projects and I love my job. This gives you the chance to live in a cute house with all the amenities and that is close to everything in LA!
Why they chose this property
This place is a little sanctuary. The trees in the back yard give needed respite from the heat and sun plus its pretty! This house is prefect to work from home and the right size to use as a place to lay your head when you are super busy.
