This 4 bedroom, 1.75 bath townhouse is located at Alpine Village just a quick walk away from the sites, shops, and restaurants of downtown North Woodstock, New Hampshire. Enter the townhouse to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas with a flat-screen television, gas fireplace, AC, and spacious seating. From the dining area bring the outside inside by opening the French doors to the patio deck. Additionally on this level are a 3/4 bath and the laundry closet with a washer/dryer. Up one level are three bedrooms and a full bath. Two bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and AC and the third, a set of traditional bunk beds. One flight higher, the topmost level of the townhouse, holds a queen bed, seating area, air conditioning unit, and flat-screen television.
Alpine Village is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Merland's and the Pemi Public House. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.
Alpine Village 8 does not offer pool or fitness center membership. However, 1-month+ memberships are available at either the Nordic Inn Club or the Mountain Club on Loon for a separate fee.
Please note: Pet dander may be present in the townhouse, though renter's pets are not allowed. Alpine Village Townhouses have only one allotted parking space. There is overflow parking within the development. There are 4 AC units in this home; in the queen bedrooms and living room only. Alpine Village does not provide a ski shuttle service.

The unit was very comfortable with the exception of the pillows. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with tableware and cookware. And there were a lot of games that I wish we had had time to play. My only real complaint was the huge, very loud air conditioner unit in one of the bedrooms. My one suggestion for the owners would be to combine the list of departure instructions that is on the fridge with the list they send in the email.

Perfectly located near the NH White Mountains. We had to do some cleaning to do when we arrived. Example: the ac filters were extremely dirty and the floors were dirty with food crumbs. The location of the rental was perfect. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Long weekend
The property was as described and was in a good location. The AC units worked well. The thing the rental lacked was cleanliness . The floors and carpets were noticeably dirty and the bathroom mats were also soiled. It was as if the floors were hastily swept and everything was just shoved under the couch and end table. Our room also had items from a previous guest including shoes, a dirty sock and toiletries. It was as if the bathrooms and linens were changed and nothing else was cleaned. For a rental that has multiple check out rules that involve the renter having to pick up for themselves I would have expected a MUCH cleaner environment coming in. Overall, it worked for what our group needed.
