Seven on Ophir

Located in peaceful Ventnor this great family home has heaps of room and family orientated features.
Featuring polished timber floorboards there are comfortable sofas, tv and dvd and split system heating and cooling. The kitchen is well equipped it has electric cooking a microwave with ample dining settings, glasses etc.
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the main family bathroom has a shower only. The laundry has a washing machine, ironing board and iron as well as a dryer.
The back yard is a good size with an amazing upstairs bbq area with an outdoor setting.
This is a great family holiday home and the perfect location for your next family holiday or weekend getaway.

Great for families

It was a fantastic space, a great backyard & deck for the kids to run around. Spacious bedrooms & a nice kitchen/dining area. Some of the smaller amenities were a little bit sparce/dated which were a little annoying e.g. all the pegs were brittle/broken, dishwashing sponges were brittle, and utensils a bit dodgy. With a bit of an update on the kitchen utilities, this would be an easy 5 star stay! We had a fantastic time here

This property is very nice to stay in as it is short walk to the beach with kids, nice big backyard for kids to play, but we were very disappointed about the cleaniness of the property. Very dusty balcony, spider webs around the sliding doors wasnt cleaned off, chairs around the table wasnt clean and has hairs on it. On the mattress protectors there were people hairs on it which hasnt been changed at all when we checked in which hygenically need to change, the kitchen tap was leaking, the bed was too soft and wasnt comfortable thats why we checked out a day earlier for these reasons. The house wasnt cleaned properly as it should be even we pay for cleanong services. Not worth the value of over $2000. We wont come here again.

Family Easter break

Property was well presented as photo's showed. Close to town and the penguin parade. We had a large group and had enough space for all of us. The only thing would be, the house needs a smart tv so we could have watched a movie on my netflix account when it was raining. But overall a great place to stay. Would recommend.
