The lounge is very comfortable with a flat screen tv and dvd, there is a split system heating and cooling in the upstairs living area.
The main bedroom is upstairs with an ensuite and the other 2 bedrooms are downstairs all bedrooms have fixed wall electric heating.
There is a bathroom downstairs as well as the laundry which has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and there is a clothes dryer located in the garage.
The downstairs living area also has a tv and dvd and eclectic heating, there is a Queen Size sofa bed in this lounge as well as a small 4 seater dining table.

Ventnor is approx 10 minutes drive to Phillip Island Racetrack, Cowes and the Phillip Island Penguin Parade.

Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for Superbikes and Motogp only.

Please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels or linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.
