Spacious, great view, great neighbors!

We loved the spaciousness of this unit and the golf course view is awesome. New mattresses and great room furniture are very nice. Neighboring owners and guests are awesome people! Bathrooms & carpet need updating. Owners of this unit are very nice to work with and promptly responded to all of our questions and needs.

My husband and I rented this lovely condo for the month of December. Our 2 daughters and sons in law joined us for Christmas week. It was an ideal set up for the 6 of us. The condo is very well furnished and equipped. The screened porch overlooks the 13th green of the Bear course, as well as a picturesque brook. We recommend joining the Club for at least a portion of your stay. Both golf courses are in excellent condition, and the dining room is also excellent (as is all the staff). We also enjoyed the heated pool, and in December frequently had it to ourselves. Other amenities include a gas grill area, 2 bikes, a very nice workout facility, and also a great tennis set up. We hope to rent here again in the future.

ONE OF THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN FOR MYERS, FL

This condo was just renovated by the new owners. The place is decorate with good taste and absolutely clean. The lake and golf view from the two large lanai is amazing. My favorite place to start my day with my breakfast. We also enjoyed the heated pool and two beautiful golf courses.
