Family-Friendly Dry Creek Valley Retreat w/Amazing Views <15 Minutes To Square
Our home is a contemporary ranch, modern yet comfortable, and surrounded by nature with plentiful outdoor space to explore. The property is also extraordinarily private, with little to no visibility from neighbors of the house and its surrounds.
That said, we are mere minutes from some of the best wineries in Healdsburg. Some of our favorites include Lambert Bridge Winery, Quivira Winery, and Unti Vineyards. Grab a sandwich at the Dry Creek General Store (5 minutes away) and start vineyard hopping, then return for a soak in the hot tub under the stars.
Start the morning off right with coffee on the patio (we have a Nespresso, a Moccamaster, and a French press for traditionalists). Try Diavola Pizzeria & Salumeria, Campo Fina, or Dry Creek General Store for lunch, then head back home for an afternoon nap, or enjoy a long, hot shower in one of the two outdoor showers (they've been described as "better than therapy" by former guests). Take advantage of our fully-equipped kitchen, outdoor grills (both gas and wood-burning), and expansive deck with trellis for meals; or venture out and try Healdsburg's plentiful restaurant options (we love to make recommendations)!
After a long day out exploring or wine tasting, spend some lazy time relaxing in the comfy living room, in the screened-in porch in front of the wood-burning stove, or around the fire pit (nestled in the garden) with a glass of wine. Don’t miss a dip in the hot tub under the stars. Luxuries like heated bathroom floors and premium linens set our place apart.
For kids of all ages, we have toys, games, and DVDs. We also have child-friendly plates and utensils, two pack-n-plays (in addition to the crib), a high chair, infant tub, and more. If you need items for your kiddos, please coordinate with us - with either have it or can get it very easily to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We have three kids ourselves and know what it's like to travel with them: what you need, what you want, and what you wish you had!
While we don't find ourselves in front of the TV often up here, we do have a TCL Roku TV with several apps, including HBO, Amazon Prime, and Netflix to stream your favorite shows. You can also mirror your laptop with Chromecast (directions provided). We aren't gamers, so we can't help you there. If you have any questions about connectivity, please ask!
Part of the charm our property is the privacy - we are out in the country, with a lot of acreage surrounding the house. Please be aware that this also means you might encounter wild animals on the property, from quail and owls to the occasional deer or coyote. If hearing these animals at night gives you pause, you might want to stay elsewhere. (Most people find this aspect of our place absolutely awesome.)
We are officially within the Instacart delivery realm, which will save you a lot of time and effort! If you'd like us to order for you in advance of your arrival, please just let us know.
We hope you enjoy Camp Bailey as much as we do!
Please note: - There is a 3-night minimum for all holidays. - Pet guests require written approval and a pet fee. - There are security cameras that observe the driveway and garage, as well as in locked areas not accessible to guests.

We’ve stayed here twice and are ready to go again! It’s a fantastic location and a beautiful property. Just perfect. Loved cooking on the Santa Maria grill!
Great views, super clean, well stocked kitchen. Toys available for the kids who visited at dinner time were much appreciated, as were the board games and eclectic cookbook collection. Would absolutely rent again!

Thank you so much for staying with us, Erin! We’re so glad you enjoyed Camp Bailey. Please come back soon!
Super clean and very well supplied on kitchen supplies, towels, indoor games, etc. Would be great to have outdoor games like corn hole, ring toss, considering the amazing green area on the outside. My dogs loved the area, and besides paying attention on the possibility of encounter some snakes they run freely. When we where not home, they stayed inside the house, they don't offer a full fenced yard, but my dogs are fully trained indoors dogs. The location was perfect for the event we went to attend. The care taker Brian is very helpful and did a very nice walk around the property up our arrival.Unfortunately the internet was VERY bad. Maybe because the events during the weekend, but we couldn't make to work well. Many Vineyard close, walk distance, from the property. Very quiet.

Thank you so much for the kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and took advantage of all the best the area has to offer (including the showers!). Please come again soon!
Spent a long weekend here, cruising around Healdsburg, Alexander Valley and the Dry Creek area. Stunning house. Bring some charcoal for the Santa Maria grill! House was clean, amazing property, everything worked and the owner was nice enough to let us check out an hour late as we were departing on our Anniversary. Oh, and go visit Lambert Bridge Winery just down the road - great wines and really great staff!
Our family and friends are geographically scattered so we travel a fair bit. While we have been fortunate enough to stay in many lovely homes and apartments, this is the first place I would return to, rather than roll the dice again.
It’s extremely relaxing with stunning views and multiple cozy places to sit. Thoughtfully organized and unfussily decorated. Grounds are fun to explore: we picked pears, tomatoes, and a pumpkin. Very quiet; slept better than at home.
On top of all that, they were responsive and generous about our early arrival AND late departure for which we are very grateful!
We’ve stayed at Camp Bailey our last 2 trips to Dry Creek and have loved this place! We love being up on the hill overlooking the valley and the beautiful vineyards below as well as privacy of the many acres. The location along with a bonfire and a hot tub at night can’t be beat.
We had a wonderful stay in Healdsburg. The kitchen was great to cook in after a long day of wine tasting. The outdoor spaces are amazing as well. Is very quiet and secluded. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
We had a long overdue best friends trip here and the property was perfect. The house itself is beautifully decorated with plenty of comfy seating and a well equipped kitchen, however the outside is the star of the show. It’s beautifully landscaped and so many wonderful little areas to spend time. We enjoyed the outdoor shower immensely, along with the hot tub. The proximity to wineries was fantastic. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Also, bean bag chair, top notch!
What stands out for me: luxurious seclusion. No matter how hard you look or listen, you won't see or hear anyone. I reveled in ... Silence. 16 acres is a LOT of acres! And the property is surrounded by a forest of oaks and other trees and bushes, so you'll feel perfectly comfortable taking your daily shower outdoors. Some comments for the reader: The hot tub's a smidge improved over that in the photos, and over the patio there is a fabric covering stretched over the table end of those metal ribs, to give partial shade under that barrel arch in the photos. Plus two large umbrellas out there to deploy if you wish. Connect to Sonos if you got it ... for music indoors and through speakers out on the deck, at hot tub/shower, and at fire pit area. There is a nice 4 burner gas grill with two side burners for pot or pan. Bring a fishing chair and you can hike five minutes to the top of the hill and sit and read among the oak trees ... all on the property! We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. An easy 10-15 minute drive to downtown Healdsburg, passing innumerable little wineries along the way. This place has it all! I mean ... the bathroom floor is heated! Who does that!? Ali the property manager was super responsive by text, and always sends a cheery emoji or at least an exclamation mark.
We loved our stay at this property. We came up with 2 other friends for a wine get away and this home was a perfect base camp. It is tucked back in the hills off west dry creek wood. It is a farmstead paradise...you can walk the grounds which are full of fruit trees and olive trees, sit by a old oak tree which overlooks the valley...the place is very private and secluded. We enjoyed the evening had fire pit, the hot tub and the deck. We would stay here again.
