Our unit offers stunning lake views and has been recently renovated, including all new furniture. We hope you will feel right at home, in the casual and comfortable sun-filled rooms.

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers comfortable king-size beds. Fall asleep and wake up, in the lakefront suite, to a breathtaking view of Lake Hamilton. The suite has balcony access and a television while the guest room is furnished with a comfortable desk and chair. Both bedrooms are furnished with plenty of chest storage and closet space to accommodate your stay.

Begin your day at the coffee bar and step onto the kitchen balcony while taking in the sunrise and making your plans for the day.
The kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a beverage refrigerator is well-appointed for meal preparation. Enjoy the fruits of your labor around the oversized stylish dining table as you enjoy sunlight and the open-channel view of Lake Hamilton through the large windows.

Overall this was a great location and a really nice place to stay. The views are amazing and the accomodations are cozy. The exterior of the complex could use a good clean (cobwebs and windows) but that is likely on the HOA and not the owner of the unit. Highly recommend. Was a great place for our family trip.

This place was beautiful and we had a great time. We had issues at check-in with the door code not working and that took almost 30 min from arrival time to entry to figure out with the host. After that we had no issues and felt so comfortable and relaxed.

The host was great! Responsive and very helpful. The condo was clean and comfortable with a lot of extras we usually have to buy included. There was even an air fryer which made it easier to make snacks for our teenagers. The only suggestion my wife would like to make is more bath towels and washcloths. There were 5 of us staying and that’s how many we had of each. So if you had to take multiple showers a day after activities then you ran out of towels. That’s it tho, everything was great! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Beautiful Space

This condo is beautiful. The location is great and minutes away from everything. The property is well maintained and quiet. It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset and watch the boats on the lake!!

Perfect stay for family vacation

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and easy to access. We had some lightening storms and the views over the lake were impressive. The condo has easy access to the pool and during our stay it seemed to never be crowded. The only thing that some might be concerned about is you can hear the road noise, but we really didn't mind it. We would absolutely stay here again!

This beautiful condo was perfect. It had everything we needed with the added bonus of gorgeous sunsets. It was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our 11 year old loved the bunks on the hall. We would definitely come back again. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Labor Day Stay

This property was absolutely wonderful. It was a last minute reservation for Labor Day weekend. The condo is beautiful and has EVERYTHING you would need or want. It is clean and very comfortable. The pool is nice as well. My family and I will definitely be back. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Lovely Condo in Hot Springs for Races!

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo for a weekend getaway to Hot Springs for the races at Oaklawn. It is such a wonderfully appointed condo, with comfy furniture (the swivel chairs in the living room were a hit!), beautiful decor, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking! The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the whole unit was a great size for our party of 4. Nikki was wonderful and provided great info and easy check-in! We will certainly book again for return visits to Hot Springs!

This was our first time visiting Hot Springs and our stay at The Oar was terrific. The layout of the condo is fantastic and the kitchen is the most fully stocked kitchen I’ve ever encountered. The furnishings and furniture are all great quality. And of course the view is STUNNING! The condo can get a little warm (74) in the late afternoon as the sun sets but if you close the shades in the dining room and master bedroom, and keep the fans on, that helps a lot. The pool was always clean and surrounding area around the pool was beautiful. The onsite maintenance man was very kind and helpful with ideas of things to do. The gated community and parking is very safe and secure. The hosts are very easy to get a hold of. They have truly made the space so warm and inviting. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area.

My family's favorite state is Arkansas although our day jobs currently have us living in Memphis. We love all the lakes, rivers, and mountains that are plentiful in this great state. A year ago we purchased our 1st VRBO property and immediately began renovations. We are so very excited about how our condo turned out. We have loved visiting Hot Springs when we are able to enjoy all Hot Springs has to offer from natural beauty (hiking and boating) as well as downtown shopping and Oaklawn horse racing!

Why they chose this property

My favorite thing is to sit on the balcony and enjoy my morning coffee watching the occasional fisherman in his boat from our condo. Another favorite pastime is grabbing a book in the afternoon which usually ends in a restful nap. Our family also loves to puzzle at our large dining table while taking in the views of the lake and mountains in the distance. We truly enjoy just getting away from the hustle and bustle of life and relaxing in our beautiful condo.

What makes this property unique

Our condo truly has some of the best open-channel views of Lake Hamilton. It has been described as the penthouse. We have excellent and easy parking leading to an elevator to the 3rd floor. Both bedrooms have brand-new king mattresses and our bunks are equipped like no other bunks you will find! Complete with cubbies for books, a nightlight, and charging stations. No doubt our condo is well-designed and decorated with your comfort in mind!
