Designed for relaxed coastal living, the villa features a bright, open layout with a tastefully remodeled kitchen that flows into the spacious living area. Two private balconies, a large flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa create an inviting space to unwind after a day at the beach, while the centrally located dining area enhances the open and airy feel throughout.

The primary bedroom serves as a comfortable retreat with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a vanity area and separate tub and shower. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, ideal for families or additional guests. Near the entryway, a third full bathroom offers a stall shower and conveniently houses the stackable washer and dryer—perfect for rinsing off sandy feet after a beach day. Perfect for our stay especially since we travel with our dog. We loved the proximity to the beach and the ability to bike in Palmetto Dunes. Property is as listed. Highly probable we will look for this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to the beach, we brought a beach wagon with us to carry chairs. The bikes were in good condition and we road all over the island. Kitchen had all the basics needed to cook meals. Would stay here again

An amazing vacation!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in other Mooring locations and always look here as it is only a minutes walk to the Dune House and the beach, and the trails are great for biking around. This has been our favorite unit, and we are hoping to make this an annual tradition!

The AC worked well and the master bedroom bed was comfortable. However, this unit needs some love. Sinks and showers did not drain well so there appears to be plumbing issues. Air vents looked very old and dirty. Retrieved a broom from closet and it was full of hair and debris and old. Faucets on showers made terrible noises like they had not been used in a while or were not installed properly. Foot plate to open trashcan in kitchen was broken. Den furniture and rug very aged. We have stayed in the Moorings many times. We would not choose this one again.

We’re glad the AC and master bed met your needs, and we apologize that several other aspects of the unit fell short of expectations. We take these concerns seriously and will share your notes with the homeowner. Our maintenance team will be asked to inspect and address the slow drains, noisy shower faucets, and the broken trashcan foot plate. Housekeeping will be notified to replace the broom and perform a deeper clean, and we will have the vents and den furnishings evaluated for cleaning or replacement as needed. Had we been notified during your stay we would have worked to resolve these issues right away. Thank you again for your comments — they help us improve — and we hope you’ll consider Island Rentals of Hilton Head for a future stay.

May Getaway

What an amazing week we had on Hilton Head. The villa was clean, spacious, and steps from the beach, pool and our favorite General Store. Our dog Elphie loved exploring and playing with other dogs on the beach. We look forward to returning!

We had a great stay at the Moorings! Such a great location, within steps to the beach, community pool, tennis courts, and the Dunes house. The property management was easy to work with and provided us with constant communication. Overall, great stay and can’t wait to come back again!

Very Nice Property

This property is well-kept and clean. The beds and linens were excellent. The kitchen is very well stocked with all necessary cookware and the appliances were great. The location cannot be beat. Our only issue was with some of the water fixtures, locks on the deck doors and a need for some updating.

The property was exactly as described. We arrived to a clean welcoming condo with a short walk to the beach. All amenities were in good condition. We needed to contact the management company over a few minor things and they responded quickly and immediately took care of the issue.

Great location to the beach and bike trails

Our stay was great! Easy 2 minute walk to the beach and right around the corner from the pool! Palmetto Dunes location is great for riding bikes or taking the shuttle over to shelter's Cove. We only had one issue with the A/c unit not working on one side of the condo but it was resolved within 2 hours.
