Beautifully Updated with Ocean Views!

This condo has been beautifully updated throughout with a coastal feel and modern amenities.

As you enter, the Kitchen is on your left and features all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and comes fully-equipped to meet your culinary needs. Beyond the open Kitchen is the Dining Area with seating for six. The Kitchen bar has additional seating for two. In the Living Room there is a mounted Flat Screen TV along with a large slider which opens up to your private balcony and views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Primary Bedroom features a King bed, mounted Flat Screen TV and private en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bathroom has a granite double vanity and nicely updated custom tile walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom has two twins and a Flat Screen TV. The Guest Bathroom is updated as well with its granite vanity and tiled tub and shower combination.

Outside on your private balcony there is ample space for dining while you look out over the Barrington Arms Community grounds and the fantastic Atlantic Ocean!

Reviewer Comments: This unit was extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.My only thing missing was a gas grill on the property.

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful - highly recommend

Fourth floor end unit, very private. Beautiful, serene view from balcony overlooking lagoon with a view to the ocean. Nicely designed floorplan for privacy with bedrooms at opposite sides. Very nice hard flooring throughout, no rugs to catch dirt or dust. Compact kitchen and stacked washer/dryer with everything needed for an extended stay. Big dining room table for meals and board games. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay here again. Just a few issues: i) Secondary bath/tub shower diverter doesn't work well, i.e., pressure to the shower head is weak as most of the water flows out the bath tap, ii) the place was very clean inside but we spent about 15 minutes cleaning the outside sliding glass door or otherwise couldn't have enjoyed the lovely view (and no, this wasn't the result of a storm or plain condensation, the window hadn't been cleaned for a long time, iii) the towels and sheets were scratchy, consider bringing your own.

The kitchen had everything we needed, the living room furniture was very comfortable, and the bedroom provided us with a good night's sleep. A great Two bedroom two bath room unit - renovated and nice, kitchen was a bit small but neatly maintained and was more than enough for us. Corner unit with a private balcony. We ( two kids 10 &8) really enjoyed our stay. Pool is not crowded at all. Quick walk to beach. Even had two beach chairs that we could use. Highly recommend for a small family.

401 Barrington review

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not a good start to our vacation week. When we arrived the extra parking pass I had ordered was not at the check-in desk. I was told to go to the drive-thru to get it. I went there, waited in line, then was told they did not have it and that I would need to go back over to the check-in office. They said they had no record of me ordering an extra pass. Thank goodness I took my copy of the email with me showing I had indeed paid for an extra pass. I was then told to go back over and get in line...again...and my pass would be printed and ready for me. Also, there were no directions on how to use the tv. After 3 calls and 2 days, a nice young man (David) came out and got it going. The unit has plenty of kitchen items, so many that there is no room for any food items you take. We paid a premium for this unit but won't be staying here again. Too much of a hassle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in Barrington Arms several times in the past and have always enjoyed our time there. This marked the first occasion we stayed at this particular property and it was everything we expected and more. Clean, up to date, great view. Our only complaint was the beds are ultra, ultra firm so if that’s not your preference I’d recommend bringing a foam mattress pad. Other than that our stay was near perfect!
