Lovely three bedroom, three baths home right in the heart of Oriental. Large spacious bedrooms, Wi-Fi, Internet TV, and screened in covered porch. This rental is within walking distance to a coffee shop, history museum, art gallery restaurants, specialty shops, concerts, plays, massage therapy, and a boating season that never ends. The best activity is biking, kayaking, paddle boarding or boating all year around.

Nearest boat ramp is located 2 blocks away in Oriental. Driveway has plenty of room to park your vehicle and boat/trailer.

About our Village - Oriental, NC, known as the Sailing Capital of North Carolina and located in beautiful Pamlico County. This scenic year round boating destination is great for anyone looking to getaway for the weekend, or an extended stay. This bike, sailor, and family friendly hideaway is known for its breath taking waterfront views, great fishing, steady winds, and community events. Great trip away

We've stayed in Oriental multiple times. This house was in a great spot. Easy to get out and walk to most of what you need. The screen porch was great. There is a boat doc just down the road we used for launching paddle boards. Plenty of food options in town. Would certainly stay again.

Wedding guest retreat

We rented this cottage for my brothers wedding. The venue was 10 miles away so he was able to get ready with us while the bride got ready at their home. The only trouble we had was quickly resolved. The upstairs shower ( waterpik) was a challenge . I messaged the property manager and they came in 15 min. cane in

We lived in Oriental 20+ years ago and specifically chose this house based on its location. The house was clean and ready when we got to town, with checkin taking all of 2 minutes. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect location

The location of this home was ideal. Our relatives own a sailboat and it was perfect for walking to and fro. The local shops and restaurants are nearby as well. The house had everything we could have wanted. The owner obviously takes pride in ownership. The house is very clean which is important to us. There was plenty of room for the 4 adults and a toddler. The covered screened in porch was an added bonus. The check in and out process was easy as well.

Wonderful place

Thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and clean home, walking distance to Beans coffee shop. Surrounding area very pleasant. Lots of Christmas lights up this time of year added to the charm, as well as the town fire trucks with Santa making the neighborhood rounds. Super quaint!

We loved the location of this property. House is nice & roomy. It is listed as 3 baths w/combination tub/shower. One small bath upstairs is only a shower. Still worked for us.

Very roomy, good location

Enjoyed the location and the extra space. Plenty of paper towels, dishwasher pucks, trash bags etc. that I am used to having to buy when I rent. Great porches.. Only petty dislike I had was a stinky Glade plug in which was easily remedied.

Sweet, relaxing, fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the home. Its clean, the beds are comfortable. The wifi and roku TVs helped us stay connected. This home is unusual in that there are many personal items from the family. We felt like we got to know the history of the town and the family by being surrounded by their personal things.

Would have been better if a/c had been on and didn't greet us with 90degree temperature inside. Took a while to cool down and it was hot outside, so no reprieve from heat.
