We are Back! Beach Daze; 720' to the beach with all the amenities of home. This recently updated pool home, walking distance to restaurants is an awesome place to enjoy your vacation or a quick weekend getaway. This upper level apartment offers 2 bedrooms plus a sofa sleeper, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The deck with screened Lanai is the perfect place for conversation, relaxation or morning Joe. The salt-water pool is shared with the lower unit. Beach access at the end of Lovers Ln. Town Registration # R250219

The owner provides start up supplies of paper goods and soaps etc. Please replenish according to your needs.

Electronic SMART door locks provided. Guests will be provided the access code a few days prior to self-check in.

Very conveinent to the beach

The owners of Lovers Lane house has thought of the neccessities one might need when staying away at a home away from home. All the beach gear was great including a cooler and beach tug to get our things to the beach. The house was spotless and instuctions were very clear and thorough! The location of this house is its absolute best selling point. Would have been nice to have a drying rack for wet suits before packing up, but we managed to dry our clothes by improvising with the step ladder. The garbage bin is unfortunately located under one of the windows of the bedrooms and we could smell somebody's fish dinner from the night before in the bedroom. We were able to shut the window, turn on the fan and we no longer smelled the leftovers baking in the heat. Bad timing on our part as if they bins were collected before we arrived, we would never have noticed. Great location and we had everything we needed for our short two night stay.

Our stay at this property was exceptional! The location is ideal because it is in a quiet neighborhood that feels very private. We loved being a short walkable distance from the beach. The property provided a wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler: all the amenities needed for spending time at the beach. The salt water pool is an added bonus! One block away from this home is where we caught the tram that took us into town, a service that is offered free of charge. We did not need to rent a car because of the accessibility of transportation. Sandy was extremely attentive to our needs and responded to our inquiries immediately. She provided many essential amenities which made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We highly recommend staying here and hope to revisit again in the future.

Weekend Getaway

The pictures were an accurate representation of the property. It was great to be able to take our two small dogs on a weekend away. I would recommend to the cleaning crew to clean with products that contain bleach and perhaps some air fresheners. Also there were no finishing touches with folded swan towels etc. The walk to the beach was easy. You cross Estero Blvd and one other little street to get to the Beach Access trail. There were nice chairs to use on the beach along with a cooler. There is a good breakfast diner in the Sea Grape Plaza next door. The walk to Times Square was only a mile away which was great since I usually stay 4 miles away! Sandy was very responsive to answer any questions that came up and the neighbors were quiet.

Perfect spot!

Owners were very easy to reach and accommodating. The screened in porch was a perfect spot to gather. Access to the beach is quick. Many restaurants close. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

Lovers Lane is a wonderful rental in Ft Myers Beach. Brian and Sandy Longust keep their property in top shape. There are bikes, a grill, and plenty of Beach equipment for your use and enjoyment. We'll be back next year.

We love staying at the property…Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The host was very thoughtful when decorating the property. It had everything we could’ve needed. It was super clean , cozy and well kept. The house is spacious enough to fit all 6 with no problem. The beds were very comfortable. The Location is incredible as its only a few steps from the beach. Great find in FMB.

We booked for Thanksgiving 2021 and arrived to find the refrigerator did not work. There are really no words to describe the disaster that ensued. The owners chose NOT to call an appliance repair person although we notified them immediately after checking in Our Thanksgiving groceries all spoiled, and we had no choice but to leave the next day, disappointing all 4 kids who were so excited about this vacation. This could have been managed much more professionally by the owners. The disregard for our time and money was shameful, and created chaos and tremendous disappointment for two families Rather than take responsibility and be accountable for fixing the problem, the owner engaged in a blaming and foolish dialogue, with limited regard for the untenable position she had put us in by refusing to have the fridge repaired immediately, apologizing for the inconvenience to our families, and offering some type of compensation for the inconvenience we were subjected to. After we involved VRBO, we were refunded our money and compensated for the groceries . Hopefully our next rental will go substantially better. We won’t be returning to this one

We strive for all our guests to have an enjoyable stay. We feel so blessed for all the positive guest experiences we’ve had on VRBO. We live out of state but have an awesome network team locally to help us solve any issues promptly. This was the worst guest experience we’ve ever had. The review they gave isn't exactly accurate. The guest arrived about 5 pm, at 8:30 pm arrival day we were notified the refrigerator wasn’t cooling. We called her immediately, concerned and asked her check / confirm settings and again later checked if the refrigerator was better. It was not. Freezer was working but fridge wasn’t cooling. (Unfortunately we found out later it was the fan motor). At 7 AM the next morning housekeeping was contacted & sent someone to assess, as the fridge is only three years old and it was unexpected the fan motor to go out. The housekeeper was treated so rudely. An appliance repair company was called & were able to get someone there same day. The guest complained about the time spent grocery shopping. We offered to have more groceries delivered so she didn’t have to waste more time shopping. She complained of having a turkey spoil and we question if there even was a turkey, the housekeeper didn’t see one. There is a beverage fridge in the unit besides the big fridge. Several options were provided until the repair could be made. A cooler with ice for a Turkey, access to lower unit the next day and $200 to dine out one evening, use of an other smaller refrigerator. All were declined. Then an offer for a full refund and refund for perishable foods was made. We wanted the guest to be satisfied. She chose a refund. A full refund including the night they had already stayed was issued plus $400 which was way more than the food cost. Upon vacating the unit was left a mess with trash everywhere, lights left on and door unlocked. All this happened in less than 24 hrs. of arrival. Something like a refrigerator fan going out is so unexpected and uncontrollable we would hate for that to happen to anyone. Our VRBO guest experience has been wonderful except for this one which was the worst. Sometimes unexpected circumstances happen. We were happy a repair man got there the same day. This guest was a very difficult person. We did our best to solve a problem and offer solutions. This guest lived a few hours away, we hope they had a safe trip home & enjoy their Thanksgiving.

A perfect getaway.

Amazing property steps to the beach
