This renovated downstairs half house is in the perfect location for a beach holiday. Only 4 minutes walk to Little Beach and less than 20 minutes walk to Nelson Bay Marina and CBD. You will initially be greeted by a private, covered courtyard with outdoor lounges, leading into the open plan lounge / dining and beautiful new kitchen and bathroom. Walk through the master bedroom with king size bed to access the 2nd bedroom with Queen Size Bed and also a Double Bed.
This property features free Wi-fi and air conditioning to ensure you are comfortable and entertained during your stay.
For larger groups, you also have the option of booking the upstairs "Karinya at Little Beach" which sleeps an additional 7 people.
Note: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings.

Good spot in Nelson Bay
The property is overall nice good space and bathroom.
They can improve the cleaning as there was dust in both the bedrooms and the oven was left with dirty paper in, the toilet sink has a leak of water that should be fixed.
The apartment is very dark even on a sunny day (as below base level), however it's good if you don't spend the day there because it has a perfect location a few min walking from the beach and very silent at night.
