Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "Cool Classic" & "Chic Premium" Studio Apartments - 20 modern and classically renovated furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays with weekly cleaning service located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street.

Your studio is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Great place to arrive too after a long drive. We were pleased with the apartment and was amazed at the quite surroundings. For being in downtown Atlanta parking was awesome and the location is again amazing. Can't say enough about the value in staying at BCA. We'll be back soon. Clean and Comfortable

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. I loved the kitchenette. Good wifi. Would have happily stayed longer. My only suggestion is to let people know in advance if they will be staying in apartment that requires climbing many stairs to get there (with luggage). I didn't see this in any of the documents I received in advance, and while I was able to manage, others might not be able to.

Close to Everything

This is a cozy studio complex close to everything downtown. When we arrived, everything was nice and clean. The property is well kept. The rules and requirements were all laid out and they had pretty much everything we needed to have a nice stay. My only problem is that there were so many stairs. Great stay at BCA apartment!

This was a terrific alternative to a conventional hotel for a few days' stay in Atlanta. The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything needed! I particularly enjoyed the roomy shower. The furnished studio apartment was larger than typical hotel rooms, making my time in the room very nice. Midtown interlude

I was anxious at first, but felt very safe in my apartment in the back. Jaime also placed me near a grassy area and my pup could lay in the sun on nice days! My oven door was a bit difficult to close, so I would check that. Maid service was terrific!! Any help needed was attended to promptly. Trip to Atlanta due to hurricane Ian

I had such a nice stay at the BCA apartments. I live in Florida and at the last minute decided to go to Atlanta to escape the hurricane. The apartment is located in the cutest neighborhood and I had such nice mornings walking my dog. It's very safe and the management is extremely responsive if you need anything. I had an issue with my dead lock and they fixed it the same day. I would definitely stay here again! TeamBCA Response: We are glad that you decided to escape the hurricane and stay with us. Clean, quiet, good price

Quick few days visiting Atlanta. The studio was extremely clean and quiet. Easy access to downtown sites. Parking is free. The Internet is fast. Several restaurants in walking distance. The experience was excellent. The place is quiet and peaceful. Although the floor was not clean enough, and there is no toothbrush or slippers without asking, the kitchen facilities are great, and the bed is comfortable. Good location BUT …..

The AC in my unit was not working properly . I had 4 sleepless nights due to the humidity in the room . I was out the entire day due to business but once I got back in the evening I regretted my stay . Management supposedly fixed the issue but it felt the same I was just too tired to complain with one day left . Room is much smaller than advertise . If you're in town and don't care about sleeping in high 70s at night this is a good spot , but if youre comfortable in 70 degrees or lower . Go some where else

Fine for a week, difficult for a month

Unit was clean and well lit, including lamps for evening (though I think warmer bulbs would help), bed and pillows were excellent, couch was serviceable. The cleaning service was very thorough and appreciated! Plenty of outlets, and hangers. Property management was also quick with mail and any issues. Suggestions: those kitchen sinks are very difficult to wash pots and pans in if the tenant is cooking. My unit did not come with scissors, baking sheets, a 12 inch pan, a whisk, or a grater, all of which I consider pretty basic cooking tools. The knives were also incredibly dull — I found it easier to purchase these things for myself than potentially argue their necessity with a property manager. Tupperware would be a nice addition for leftovers or bulk cooking. I understand the buildings are older, but updating the heating and cooling systems would go a long way toward making the apartments more modern feeling. The stairs up to the rear building are uneven, sinking into the soil, and the lowest steps are poorly lit at night creating a tripping hazard (everything else is well lit, which is why it was so noticeable).
