A very well presented 3 bedroom unit located on the first floor and sleeping 5 people in a Queen bed, 2 x singles and 1 King Single.



Take in the views over Kings Beach and out to sea across the shipping lanes.



The unit is well equipped with an ensuite to the master bedroom, DVD, dishwasher, microwave, stereo, intercom system, security screens throughout and a large balcony.



The complex offers lock up garaging and a lovely inground pool, and is situated approximately 250m from Kings Beach.



Please note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans are supplied and Wifi Not Available.

2nd bedroom - 2 x single beds

3rd bedroom - 1 x King single bed



Linen

Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Recently stayed at this property. We found the following issues: 1. Our linen was not at unit upon arrival. 2. Keys needed to be collected from in town as no onsite manager. 3. Main street is a 15 min walk away, which is too far when travelling with small children. 4. Only 1 set of key issued for property, when we had 5 staying at unit. 5. Faulty lock on front door. Got locked out of property, then advised not to use both door locks. 6. Basic TV only 7. No WiFi at this property 8. No extractor fans in bathroom, so doors must be left open when showering. 9. Dryer does not switch off once it passes the end of drying time. 10. Furniture and fittings are a little dated. It's a basic stay, a short walk from beach.

Perfect location, well set up for kids

Everything needed for the kids in the apartment including games and books. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all of which I consider essential with kids. Location 5 stars - walking distance to everything
