Nice place, good location, poor communication
Communication was a bit of a challenge. We had to call Shoreline properties a couple of times in preparation for the trip. Usually this was met with rude service on the other end. It was also very inconvenient to mail a check to shoreline properties. A big advantage of using VRBO is paying online and messaging through the app. None of this was an option. We had to drive about 10 minutes away from the property to pickup a parking pass and written code for the condo keypad all of which could have been emailed out ahead of time. After driving 9 hours an extra ten minutes wasn't awful but wasn't enjoyable either.
The carpet in the unit definitely needs to be steamed or cleaned better. My babies legs and my feet were covered in dirt after walking on the carpet. I will say that the rest of the condo appeared to be very clean and had no issues in cleanliness besides the carpet.
Condo was nice and the location was great. On the boardwalk and very close to everything. All in all I'd honestly stay there again but this listing shouldn't be on VRBO. If that were the case my expectations on convenience would likely have been much lower.
