As advertised - walking distance to beach via trail at the back of the unit. Also walking distance to little beach reserve. Unit was clean and tidy. Good assortment of pantry staples. Everything you needed for a home away from home. Would stay again. Ample room for three adults and two children.

Perfect location, well equipped kitchen (Which is often rare in short term rentals), Great linen & comfy beds. The only downside was that there was no smart TV.
LJ Hooker were very friendly & great communication.

What a great place. Just step out the back gate and the path takes you directly to the beach. We spent each day floating in the water. We could return, quickly rinse in the ground floor shower and relax.
Well equiped kitchen and the house has everything you could need. If you car is on the longer side you may not fit it in the lock up garage. The house is also walking distance to the shops.
Central aircon upstair helped keep things cooler of an evening as well.

Lovely, well-appointed and very comfortable home in an outstanding position. Everything you need is provided in a welcoming environment with the 'cherry on top' being its close proximity to the beach. You literally walk out the back gate and a couple of minutes stroll down a short path to the beautiful Shoal Bay. The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended

FANTASTIC!!

5 minutes to everything
A presentable and clean household just the right size for 2 families. Situated in a quiet street that is 5 to 10 minutes away from everything. Lovely seaside decor that enhances the open space making it feel relaxing. Stayed there for 2 nights with no problems except for no scissors in the pantry- all other cutlery was supplied. Having WiFi would have definitely been a plus but my boyfriend and I were out all day so it wasn't too much of an issue. As it was extremely affordable for the quality and size of the townhouse I believe bringing my own linen was worth it, though it might be a hassle to others.
