The location was absolutely beautiful.

We had just stayed in a unit in another building the 3 days prior to checking in. The location and view were absolutely breath taking at both. This unit (B3) was not nearly as nice as the prior unit. This were quite outdated, and furniture very worn. Garbage disposal did not work. One spoon in the entire unit for a 5 day stay. Several lights did not work. Again location was perfect, and may the prior unit being so much nicer set an unrealistic expectation.

Villa B-3

We have stayed on the island the last 12 years. This was our first time in the villas. I was disappointed by the visibly dirty carpet/floors/ countertops, the chipped paint on the walls, the stained watermarked ceilings from an obvious leak (in multiple rooms). We had to vacuum a few places because of dirt and debris...my sisters family stayed in E-6. It was GREAT! Updated and clean. The view from B-3 was wonderful...unfortunately that was about it. We would stay at the Villas again...just not B-3.
