Whether you’re the next Gordon Ramsey, or just enjoy a touch of cooking, our fully equipped kitchen is there to make your life simple. All utensils, cutlery/crockery are included as well as all the other convenience appliances you would expect, such as a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and coffee maker – for when you need that early morning boost!

No self-respecting Floridian villa would be complete without a swimming pool. True to form, ours boasts a large, kidney shaped pool to help you get into that holiday vibe. Whether you want to float on an inflatable or take a quick dip, you won’t be disappointed. The private pool is large too, meaning you’ll have plenty of space to splash around in. Sunburn and insects aren’t a problem either – the area is fully screened and shaded so you can relax in peace and comfort. Once you dry off, you can enjoy a light lunch on the lanai – which benefits from a dining table and overhead fan – or cook up a feast with family on the dedicated grill.

When you are ready to turn in for the night, we have two lovely bedrooms to offer. Both master and second bedroom are cosy and comfortable, with king-sized beds and overhead fans to keep you cool whilst you rest. More than 4 of you? Not an issue – one of the sofas easily unfolds into a double bed to sleep two more. As well as fresh bedding, we also provide all towels (with extras on-site), so all you need to think about is where to lay your head!

Parking is no problem either, with space on the driveway, as well as a further space in the garage, which has both an electric external and secure internal door for easy access after a long day out. The space also doubles up as a utility room, and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and a dedicated drying area.

Major sporting events – from basketball, soccer, football, baseball, and even motocross and monster truck rallies are all waiting to be enjoyed by those with a taste for the competitive!

For the foodies out there, head to one of the countless restaurants, where you can tantalize your taste buds without-watering cuisines from around the world – including French, Caribbean, Italian, Spanish, Peruvian, and of course American!
No trip to Sarasota could come to a close without a visit to Siesta Key. One of America’s most famous beaches, the Key boasts gorgeous quartz sand, stunningly clear and a charming village formed of beautiful bungalows, renowned restaurants and salubrious shops. If you want to unwind on your own, then why not curl up on the beach with a good book or charter a fishing boat for the day? Or if you want to feed your inner adrenaline junkie, then have a go at the various water sports available. Jet-skiing, wind-surfing or parasailing are just a small part of what you can do. Whatever mood you’re in, Siesta Key is bound to have something for you!

Or if you want to head out of the area completely, then jump in the car and take the short drive to Orlando, where you can visit the iconic Disney World, Islands of Adventure, and SeaWorld. You’ll be guaranteed to leave with a camera full of memories and a bag full of souvenirs!
