The beachfront position means you are just a stone's throw from the sand and surf - relax in the garden and watch the waves, or stroll down to the water's edge...

Upstairs at this Waikanae accommodation, bedroom 1 has a king bed, while bedroom 2 includes a queen bed. Downstairs, bedroom 3 opens onto the patio and garden, and is fitted with a queen bed.

Great for Kapiti island trip

Perfect retreat for us

We had a family funeral to attend in Waikanae and this home was perfect for our family to retreat to in the evenings. We loved waking up and taking a few steps to the beach and it’s also very close to a four square and playground for the kids. Everything we needed and toasty warm in the middle of winter. Thank you!

Fantastic Place to Stay

This house is located in a beautiful spot. You just walk through the garden to the beach. It is very clean and comfortable with everything you need. It is a very short walk to cafes, restaurants and a Four Square. We had walks on the beach and we also brought our bikes and explored the well maintained, easy cycle trail at the estuary. Highly recommend

Absolutely loved this property for our family. Had all the things we needed for a beachside holiday. I'd love to be able to hire beach towels too as we come from overseas and beach towels are too bulky to pack.

My wife and I thought the location and views were fabulous. The property is a beach house and reflects the fact that its owners and guests treat it as such. If you are looking for a high end condo experience with high-end appliances and amenities this isn't the spot. However, for what we were looking for it was fine and we would stay there again.

Such a perfect location - beach fronting onto dunes onto backyard, with a secure path on other side of fence for unsteady feet. Gorgeous Waianae beach - never disappoints, and the late March weather was good too. House was great for socialising - top level living/ cooking, 2 great bedrooms with downstairs retreat-- bathroom and another bedroom. Well stocked kitchen. GREAT>

Great location.

Great location. The place is set for a wonderful and relaxing time. Could easily live here. Shops and cafes are a 2 minute walk from the house, the house is beachfront so swimming is no problem. The house is roomy and clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's a pity I have to recommend it because now other people will want to stay there, making it harder for me to get future bookings : )
