Cleanliness was exceptional...I'd say perfect. Well equipped too. Plenty of everything. The bed was very comfortable as was the living room sofa and recliner. The owner/host was very responsive on a couple of minor issues we reported.

Awesome home away from home!

We truly loved this place. It was just the right size for us! We enjoyed watching golfers on hole #18. We did golf. The home is really appealing as you look at the furniture, decor and patio grill. Comfortable all around and the neighborhood is so friendly.

Great Location when visiting SPI

Loved the space!!! Very clean, great view of the lake from the back porch. It’s great to spend a relaxing evening and enjoying your morning coffee. Lots of tv options for movie night. Very comfortable safe. We felt safe. I will definitely rent again in the future

This condo is home away from home. Comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. Looking out over the golf course and pond. You can watch the moon rise or the sun rise. Both are stunning. 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms, full kitchen (so you can cook if you want). Living room with direct tv at watch a movie later in the evening. 2 pools and plenty of places to eat. My family and I really felt this is the better choice from here on out. No more hotels. Thanks for such a lovely experience.

Nice SPI getaway

Very clean condo, comfortable beds, nice, secure area. You are right on the SPI Golf Course. Caretakers live next door, very pleasant and give you your privacy. Tasteful decor, perfect location to enjoy SPI without all the hustle and bustle. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Very nice townhome in beautiful community

The townehome is located in the nicest neighborhood we could find in the area. The grounds are lush & well maintained. The interior is well cared for and has comfortable bedding. Having the garage to store all of our beach stuff was so helpful. A major inconvenience is that there is ZERO shopping and nearly no dining in Laguna Vista. You have to drive into the South Padre area for everything. However, the property itself is very nice.

Overall, well equipped and prepared for guests. Very clean, modern and furnished. Only negative was the internet speed. Tried to stream a movie and had buffering every ten seconds.

Home away from home stay

Our stay here was wonderful. The property was clean and the property managers were so nice and helpful(not that we needed any extra help with anything). We were comfortable. It was peaceful. Would love to stay here again as a whole family.

Felt like home

Walking in to this property really felt like home away from home. Super quiet and comfortable. The only issues that we had was the internet connections and the fact that there were no curtains in the bedrooms. As soon as the sun was up then so were we. Unfortunately it was 630 every morning. Other than that, this property was great! Would like to come back in the future (hopefully without our own curtains)

Lovely rental

The home was clean with all supplies needed and comfortable beds and seating. Location is beautiful on golf course with close access to 2 outdoor pools. We highly recommend this home.

Very nice, clean place

Very clean, nice property. A couple hiccups—had to ask for more TP and the ice maker wasn’t working but property manager is right next door so no problem. Would stay again.
