This spacious, beautifully maintained end-unit townhouse in Shoal Harbor is just eight blocks from the beach and a short 15–20 minute walk or bike ride to downtown Rehoboth Beach and the Boardwalk. Enjoy the new Rehoboth-Lewes bike path or a quick 5-minute drive to tax-free Tanger Outlets.
Shoal Harbor is a family-friendly gated community featuring a centrally located pool, assigned parking, a large community Tot Lot, and a Farmer's Market just one block away.
The townhouse offers two levels: the ground floor features an open-concept layout with a powder room, a sleep sofa, and a rear patio. The second floor includes three bedrooms, laundry, and a balcony with pool views. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite with a handheld shower, and a walk-in closet.
Parking: One garage spot and one assigned spot; no overflow. Amenities include hardwood floors, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a rear patio with a gas grill, gated security, and a community pool, with an electronic keypad system for easy check-in/out.
Linens are not supplied, but a rental package is available. Family rentals only; no large party groups.
