About this property

Sun, Surf, Sea! Great views and ocean breeze from large balcony!

Welcome to a well-stocked, clean and comfortable front condo with a balcony facing the beach and overlooking the pool! This unit is surrounded by beautiful grounds with 2 pools (both are heated in colder months), and two jacuzzi tubs. This unit has one of the biggest balconies in the complex with an amazing view of the water. The beach is directly across the property!

PLEASE NOTE: The Victorian charges a $35 Facility Access Fee (good for up to 2 week stay) at the time of check-in covering on-site parking, Wi-Fi code access, and pool access.

This one bedroom, one bathroom unit sleeps up to 4 guests maximum, please. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and tv, and the recessed bunk beds in hallway are perfect for kids. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, efficiency 2 burner stove top, drip coffee maker, blender, griddle, and a mini oven and for easy meals in the condo or picnics on the beach.

Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. Building is outdated and ac in our unit was not working properly. Overall, we had a great time, everything is walking distance and clean.

BEAUTIFUL

This place had a wonderful view and was very convenient. Our stay was perfect and she even helped after another place canceled our stay on the day of arrival (still not sure how that is allowed). The condo community is VERY BUSY and considerably louder on the weekends, but a very nice retreat during the week. All communications were very professional and extremely kind and understanding. I would highly recommend a stay of any length!

10-Years Together and It Just Keeps Getting Better

This trip was only planned about a month ago and we were very happy that we stayed where we stayed. It was a great spot for the beach, it had a great pool, our daughter loved sleeping in the bunkbeds, and my husband and I loved the fact that we got to slow down for awhile. Thanks for providing such a great place for us to spend our 10 year since we got together anniversary. We look forward to next time.

Labor Day weekend trip

This is our second time staying at the Victorian. We love it because it's so close to Walmart and right by the beach. This condo we rented was amazing. Laura was very quick to answer any questions and the place was amazing. The view is beautiful. It is right near the main office and both pools. The inside was very nice and everything worked unlike our first condo we rented. If you are looking for a place to stay I highly recommend this one. Our next trip down we will def book this one again because we loved it.

The condo was very nice.I think it could use a little updating in particularly The sideglass door curtains. They are very old and very dark.I think I filtered curtain and blinds would make for much nicer appearance. The siding glass door itself was very tough to open and close.Not a whole lot can be done about that I suppose.There was some peeling tint on the window but that just gave us a better view of what the clouds actually look like outside hahaha. Over. All I enjoyed my stay at this condo if a definitely chose it again if it was an option. The linens and everything were very clean and comfortable.The couches were also comfortable for sitting. We did not use them For sleeping.

Could Be Better

Our room was clean, however we had kids with us and at night they wanted to watch a movie and half of the time the tv didn't work. The staff there could care less about your stay. I paid a cleaning fee when I booked and we had a list of things to do before you left. Example: Sweep and unload the dishwasher, which I did not do. On the day we were leaving, I wanted to get a cup of ice from the ice machine. They had locked the door to the room that the ice machine was in. When I went up to the office and told them that I wanted some ice, they couldn't find the key. And looked at me like they really didn't want to give me any until I told them to never mind, that no one helped with anything we asked about all week. Said there was a hot tub. Never saw it. Pool was not very clean. One of the guests was cleaning leaves and grass out of it. It shows to be gated, however the back gate stays open at all times.

The property location was awesome, the Victorian is beautiful but could use some sprucing up Some basic upkeeps Kitchen well stocked although cooker topHad hard time getting hot never could get from worker to workFrankly the place was un down and filthyThe beds suck along with pillowsThe art on wall was crooked killed you back and we accidentally knocked it off the wall maintenance can put it up but I wouldn’t or hang it long ways lighter than benchBalcony could us e an ottoman old people like to put feet up! The are very un expensive Over all I would recommend the Victorian to be sure not this condo It was so dirty and bathroom not stocked I mean we had to buy tissues and Tolet paper!!!
