In the heart of Lanzarote, very beautiful and modern holiday studio with a unique view over the coastal towns of Puerto Calero and Puerto del Carmen to Fuerteventura.
A large living room with small kitchen and separate dining area with space for the whole family invites you to linger. A comfortable leather sofa bed offers best sleeping comfort for accompanying children. The bathroom is separate with shower, toilet and hair dryer.
After a long exploration tour of the island you can relax in your large studio in front of the flat screen TV choose a movie (satellite TV) or on the Internet (wireless Internet access) the holiday report to friends.
If you want to unwind all day long, the large terrace with sea views invites you to sunbathe and the pool provides for cooling.
For sports luggage such. B. Bicycles, golf equipment, surfboards, etc., there is a lockable basement room in which there is also a washing machine.

Whether you like to follow in the footsteps of Cesar Manrique, marvel at the bizarre volcanic rock in the Timanfaya National Park, or simply enjoy the sunsets on the ocean with a glass of local wine on your large and inviting terrace.
This far away from tourism, but centrally located accommodation offers all possibilities.
With us you will find rest and relaxation in a family and quiet environment.
A rental car is recommended, we are happy to help with the organization, but even with the well-functioning hourly bus service to get to its destination (to Tias with many shops or the beach of Puerto del Carmen).

Schönes Ambiente mit superschönem Ausblick

Sehr schönes Ambiente mit zauberhaftem Blick von oben am Berg bis zum Meer. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Appartement hat absolut alles man was braucht. In der kleinen aber superpraktischen Kochnische steckt viel Erfahrung. Wir haben eine phantastische Zeit erlebt ..gerne wieder..

Perfekter Urlaub im Februar

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung von Melanie eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Das Studio bietet genügend Platz für zwei Personen und hat eine tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick, wo man auch im Februar windgeschützt im Freien frühstücken konnte. Der Pool ist leider nicht beheizt, so dass wir es nur einmal sehr kurz ins kalte Wasser geschafft haben. Die Ausstattung des Studios ist wirklich hervorragend - es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch die Küche ist für ihre Größe sehr gut gefüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Wir haben die Lage des Studios sehr genossen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen, weitläufigen Dorf - fernab von den großen Touristenorten. Mit unserem Mietwagen konnte man die Insel gut erkunden. Wir haben die Ruhe auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Ein sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt war in 2km zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung jedem, der gerne individuellen Urlaub ohne Massentourismus und mit viel Ruhe verbringen möchte. Auf den Mietwagen sollte man aber auf keinen Fall verzichten .

Melanie is a great host. The property is small but very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area is quiet with good view of the sea. The property is in a great location for visiting all the main locations around the island. Great base for a holiday in Lanzarote.

Logement confortable et très bien équipé avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Puerto del Carmen. La terrasse est un lieu idéal pour le petit déjeuner et la piscine est magnifique. Nous l'avons utilisée tous les jours pendant notre séjour. La gentillesse, la simplicité et la discrétion de Mélanie complètent les atouts pour cette location. La situation géographique, La Asomada, permet de visiter l'Ile dans son intégralité avec une trés grande facilité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Sehr gepflegtes uns modernes Appartement

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub in besagtem Appartement, alles war super sauber und schön eingerichtet, besonders toll war der Pool von dem aus man einen grandiosen Blick hat. Wir haben von der Vermieterin noch eine tolle Bootstour vermittelt bekommen, dies war das Highlight unsere Urlaubs. Bei dieser Unterbringung raten wir allerdings zu einem Mietwagen, da Strand und der nächst größere Ort etwas entfernt sind.

Perfect holidays!

We had an amazing time at Melanie's place. Melanie and Nacho are 2 perfect hosts. The studio is spacious, and well equipped. You will find everything from bath towel to toaster! We spent a lot of time on the beautiful terrace & swimming pool, enjoying the calm and the view. The place is close to all amenities : shops, airport, beaches, Arrecife... We'll definitely come back next summer!

Formidable séjour au calme

C'est un formidable petit appartement, propre, moderne, au calme et idéalement situé: proche de l'aéroport (on n'entend pas les avions), de toutes les commodités et des lieux de randonnées. Il est très bien agencé, l'appartement dispose de tous le confort nécessaire pour passer quelques jours des plus agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires et par leur chat Sushi qui est venu quotidiennement nous rendre visite. Le seul petit point négatif est la cuisine qui est un peu petite, il faut prendre le coup de mains pour s'en sortir. On y retournera avec le plus grand plaisir.

Urlaub so wie er sein muss !!

Wir waren nun schon das achte Mal auf Lanzarote und diesmal hat wirklich alles gepasst. Der Flug , das Wetter und vor allen Dingen diese Unterkunft. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Alles sehr sauber , die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall im Jahr 2016 wieder hier !!! her. Très bien ! bien situé et calme

Formidable semaine passée dans ce studio (les photos sont fidèles à la réalité), très calme ( loin du tourisme de masse), proche du Parc national de Timanfaya , de la Geria, Puerto del Carmen, Aéroport... Bien décoré, propre et équipé (manque peut être un micro onde..), TV ( pas de chaînes françaises mais cela nous a pas gêné) , douche italienne, literie ok , WIFI excellent, nous avons beaucoup profité de la grande terrasse ensoleillée (vue sur la mer et Fuerteventura par temps découvert) avec transats/matelas/parasol et de la piscine (non chauffée ) très bien entretenue. Une petite épicerie en bas de la rue, sinon un supermarché à 2 km. Un accueil chaleureux et sympathique de Mélanie et de sa famille (nos enfants de 10 et 11 ans étaient tristes de partir car ils se sont très bien entendus avec les enfants des propriétaires). Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter pour des vacances au calme, et idéalement située pour visiter cette belle île, notre choix dorénavant pour séjourner à Lanzarote. je précise que le studio est peut être un peu petit pour 4 personnes mais pour nous cela n'a pas été un problème nous étions toujours dehors (même pour les repas). Encore merci et à une prochaine fois j'espère !

immaculate studio, lovely terrace & views

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The sun terrace with padded sunbeds and large pool were fantastic, as were the views. Comfortable king size bed and beautiful décor. Well equipped kitchenette and shower room. Handy location for touring the island. We have stayed in many properties on Lanzarote and this one was perfect for us. We hope to return soon.

Es fehlte an nichts: Strandtücher, Gewürze, Spüli und sogar Spielsachen für die Kinder. Sehr praktisch ist auch der kleine Laden direkt gegenüber, bei dem man sich morgens gleich die Frühstücksbrötchen holen kann. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wenn wir wieder nach Lanzarote kommen, dann werden wir hier sicher wieder buchen.

Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, mit ausgeklappten Schlafsofa ist es in der Tat etwas enger im Studio, aber es freut uns sehr, dass Sie sich bei uns wohl gefühlt haben und wir begrüssen Sie gerne wieder beim nächsten Lanzarote-Urlaub.

Völlige Entspannung

Wir , meine Frau und ich, haben eine völlig entspannte Woche in diesem Ferienstudio verbracht. Bei der Ankunft ist uns zuerst der grosse Pool ins Auge gestochen. Den haben wir im Laufe der Zeit genauso genossen wie das Meer. Das Studio ist sehr gut bis ins Detail ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nicht von der Stange sondern vom Schreiner. Diese Wärme spürt man auch, wenn man mit der Vermieterin spricht. Die Küche im Einbauschrank ist mit Cerankochfeld und grossen Kühlschrank sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben sie fast nicht genutzt, denn die Restauranttipps der Vermieterin waren viel besser. Die Weitsicht, von Puerto del Carmen bis Fuertoventura hat uns immer wieder begeistert. Durch die zentrale Lage (man braucht allerdings einen Mietwagen) erreicht man Puerto del Carmen und die kleineren Strände, das Weinbaugebiet und die anderen Gebiete in für deutsche Verhältnisse kürzester Zeit. Vielen Dank für eine Woche völliger Entspannung. Wenn Lanzarote wieder einmal auf unserer Reiseliste steht , dann werden wir hier sicher wieder anfragen.

Ferienstudio La Asomade nr. 777014

Wir hatten schon vor der Anreise im telefonischen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ein sehr gutes Gefühl, was sich beim Ankommen im Ferienstudion bestätigt hat. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es im Internet beschrieben war. Das Studio ist gemschmackvoll, sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Nichts hat gefeht zum Wohlfühlen. Die Vermieterin und ihre sehr nette Familie haben uns mit Tipps und praktischen Dingen, z.B. einem kleinen Sonnerschirm geholfen. Wir haben uns rund herum wohlgefühlt und sehr gut erholt, wozu die schöne Unterkunft mit der tollen Sonnenterasse entscheidend beigetragen haben. Gerne empfehlen wir das Studio in La Asomade weiter und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Uns haben die Spuren von Cesar Manrique auf der Insel begeistert und die schönen kleinen Buchten zum Baden an den Papagayo Stränden und in der Playa Quemada.

Einfach sehr gut

Die Beschreibung ist nicht wie (leider) so oft übertrieben oder unwahr, die Bilder sind nicht nur gut fotografiert. Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach so schön und sehr gut ausgestattet wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die gesamte Einrichtung inkl. Küchenzeile mit Wasserkocher, Kaffemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr etc., und Bad sind neu und sehr sauber. Dem Foto der Terrasse mit Pool ist nichts hinzuzufügen. Weitere Infos: Bett (200x160), TV mit dt. Sat-Programm sowie USB- und HDMI-Anschluss (zum Fotos ankucken oder Laptop anschließen), Bade-, Hand- und Strandtücher und Bademäntel vorhanden. Mietwagen empfehlenswert, da außer einem kleinen Supermarkt (direkt um die Ecke) nichts wirklich fußläufig erreichbar ist. Die Vermieter sind außergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit. Täglich sehr süßer Katzenbesuch auf der Terrasse :-). So stellt man sich eine Ferienwohnung vor! Optimales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
