Why Tina Stier chose Pelican
We bought Villa TauroZorro as a second home. We set up the house with much love and care. Our guests shall feel at home as much as we do!
What makes this Villa unique
Quiet yet central located, a beautiful place with views across the water, a lot of space in and around the house with exotic plants, trees and fruits, as well as an intact neighborhood were key points in the selection of our dream home.
100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Better than the pictures
The house was beautiful, and bigger than I expected from the pictures. My family really enjoyed our stay.
Fishing and Swimming Round the Clock
Our family, consisting of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 3 kids under the age of 10, loved this house. The beds were so comfortable, and the bedrooms, split between 2 wings of the house, were so well placed! We loved the kitchen/den area, and spent most of our indoor time there. There was plenty of space for our puzzle, computers, legos, and coloring. The number of pool toys and accessories is impressive. Be sure to check out the supply in the garage before you buy any. Our favorite area was the pool, of course. The patio, pool, and outdoor kitchen kept us there for hours. Grandpa loved the dock and the fishing, and mornings at the table on the dock/deck gave a good start to the days. Both the property owner and the manager were so easy to contact, and our needs were met almost immediately. I highly recommend this property!
Lovely house in great location.
Enjoyed our stay at Villa TorroZorro. The Villa is tastefully decorated and well equipped. Great inside/outside space with lovely pool and in a enviable waterside location. Very relaxing.
One small negative was the cost of cleaning, which seemed high for a two person 5 night stay when only 1 bedroom and bathroom used. Just a little niggle amongst a whole lot of positives. Would recommend the property as a really nice place to stay. I would stay there again.
Beautiful House with a Beautiful View
We totally enjoyed our time at the house! We stayed with our 2 adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren (one 6 year old and two almost 1 year olds). The house and pool layout was perfect for viewing the pool and outdoor views from most rooms. The children loved the pool, seeing the lizards and the visiting ducks and the 6 year old was thrilled to catch a fish off the dock. The canal is beautiful and the dock a peaceful spot for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine while watching the sunset.
We would definitely return if the house was available.
My wife and I along with a couple of friends had a wonderful stay at your home! Everything was beyond our expectations. The home was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Matter of fact, we hardly saw anyone our entire stay. Made us feel like we were on a private resort all to ourselves. We made good use of the pool and grille on a daily basis. This surely made our stay much more relaxing and enjoyable!
Michael was very communicative and offered to help us with anything we needed and he gave us some great advice on where to go and see the sights along with travel times we should avoid. We definitely plan on making this a yearly visit!! Thank you again for sharing your home with all of us!
Spent most of the week by the beautiful pool and lanai area. Check-in process was painless and we were greeted with fresh fruit and wine upon arrival. Would definitely recommend property for anyone visiting the Cape Coral area.
Cape Coral is located on a large peninsula on the west coast of Florida, about 30 minutes from International Airport of Fort Myers.
The nearby Sanibel Island is famous for its beaches with over 400 species of shellfish! On the way to Captiva Island on the northern tip of Sanibel is the JN 'Ding' Darling National Wildlife Refuge, home to many exotic bird and plant species.
Trips to Sun Splash Familiy Park in Cape Coral, to Disney World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Centre and Sea World in Orlando, Big Cypress National Park in the Everglades or golf on one of the beautiful places in Florida are just some of many possibilities.
About 400 miles of salt and freshwater canals gave Cape Coral the nickname 'Venice of America' . It is a special experience to explore the water routes through Cape Coral by boat or kayak.
Other Activities: Shooting, Motor Biking, Boating
Golf: Florida is a great paradise for golfers, anglers, boaters and sunbathers. In the area of Cape Coral and Fort Myers are more than 40 golf courses, within an hour you reach another 100 courses of all levels! In the city itself there are five golf courses, of which three are available without membership.
You will enjoy Forida with its mild, all year subtropical climate. Even in winter the temperatures range between 68° - 86° F and in summer between 86° - 95° F. The Caribbean feeling makes you quickly forget the daily routine.
