Located at the end of the road,with an acre and a half of privacy including 239' Hiwassee River Front. Lots of parking ,,secure fenced area for your pets,a level yard for outdoor sports and picnics next to sounds of the Hiwassee river rushing by, or relax on the porch rockers and swing.. You will find Trout Rivers Inn more than just a rental cabin.
Once inside, the main level consists of the living room,dining room,kitchen,half bathroom, master bedroom and a full bathroom. The master bedroom with king size bed & tv, opens up to a full length covered deck. Below the deck is a secured access down to the fenced area for your pets.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bathroom. On the main level, you have the king size bed and bathroom with tub and shower.
You are 5 minutes to Walmart, grocery shopping,restaurants and activities. The John Campbell Folk School is just a few miles away. 

We've supplied the cabin with an assortment of games for outdoor fun! New Casino is only 10 minutes away.

Family...so nice!!

Home was very nice had everything you needed, river was beautiful loved just listening...great outdoor area for family as well as pets. Secluded and yet really close to any store or restaurant you might need. Thanks for a wonderful 4th, will book again !!

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the sound of the river.

Another great stay at Riverfront. Great property and host.Close to Casino, Walmart grocery, Murphy. Getting ready to book another one soon We and the dogs love this place for a get away from work!

Perfect house in perfect location

Enjoyed our stay so much. A wonderful place to sit on the porch and listen to the river flow by or drive a short 5 minute drive to some amazing restaurants and boutiques in Murphy. Thank you for having an amazing place available to stay with everything provided even down to dog bowls for our pup.

Spring get away

Great place to stay. Clean, supplies well stocked. A nice surprise and a big plus, there was coffee, creamers, salt/pepper, foil, plastic wrap etc. Would definately reccommend and would stay again.

Best VRBO we've ever rented!

This home had every amenity one could ever ask for! Plus it had wonderful porches where you can catch a fish out front or watch the deer out back. The home was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Exceptional value!

This is the first VRBO that I have stayed in that everything is supplied. This is truly a bring your clothes and toothbrush and that’s it. The view is fantastic, the house is wonderful. Have already booked for next October.

The property owner was excellent at communicating and making sure our stay was enjoyable. There were lots of extras provided to entertain us during our time there. It was definitely hard to say good bye.

Close to Folk School

This house is very well equipped with everything your family might need for an enjoyable holiday. One big advantage for us is that it is very close to the John C. Campbell Folk School where we were attending classes.

Amazing Stay

This property afforded so many amenities that we have never received at any other vacation rental property. Robbie was so accessible and accommodating. We hope to be able to return sometime next year. I would give this property more than 5 stars if it was possible.

Wonderful homey feeling relaxing place

The cabin/house was beautifully decorated with fall feeling. It was clean and comfortable. we caught fish and enjoyed the sounds of the river. So peaceful. This was our second time renting. Love it.

Trout Rivers Inn is awesome...

Everything was just wonderful. We took our son for his senior graduation trip. It was perfect. We even went white water rafting. This house was so clean and cute. My son enjoyed exploring the river and floating down to the bridge. Overall, an absolutely amazing getaway. Highly recommend this property..

Great little get away on the water

Booked to spend a weekend with my family for my dad's 70th. Could not ask for a better spot! The cabin is quiet and you have space, and would be great to come to in the summer to get in the water. Cabin has everything you need. Owner is very nice and checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. He also got my dad a little book about NC because he knew it was his bday! I would recommend this 1000x over.

He enjoys off-roading, collector cars, and railroads. Robbie enjoys kayaking, hiking, gardening, and reading. We are both active in volunteering for animal welfare groups.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of the beautiful location right on the Hiwassee River among the beautiful Smokey Mountains. We both have vacationed in the Smokey Mountains all of our lives.

What makes this property unique

The property is right on the Hiwassee River! You can watch and listen to the river from the front deck or enjoy the outdoor riverside seating. There is a grill and picnic tables for your convenience. You can also enjoy roasting hotdogs and marshmallows in the fire ring.
