We do our best to keep noise to a minimum, but this is a 100 year old house and we have two children, so hearing footsteps in the unit should be expected.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip the sheets of the beds you used (including sleeper sofa) and leave the bathroom towels, kitchen towels, and sheets in the laundry bin on top of the bed. The bedspread should remain in place.
Compile all garbage and recycling in the bins under the sink and do the same for compost in the red fire hydrant on top of the counter. We will take out garbage, recycling, and compost from there.
• Rinse all dishes and start dishwasher. • Turn off all lights except for the main entry outdoor light, which is on a timer. • Lock all doors and close all windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nate's place had everything we were looking for. His place easy walking distance to public transportation to get into Seattle very quickly. The place was very clean and well stocked. We found the place to be very quiet and the neighborhood to be adorable. Nate was very prompt to respond to concerns we had which were minimal . He was easily accessible. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would easily stay again at his place and probably will be.

A great encore stay!

This is our go-to place when visiting family in Seattle. The host is so easy to communicate with, and responds immediately to questions/needs. The location is great, not only because it's close to our family, but also within close proximity to good eating and food shopping. The apartment was just as described. Plus it was cozy, well lit, and well equipped. We loved that it came with plenty of coffee, towels, and a sofa bed for the grandkids. Great bookstore and bagels nearby. We would love to return in the future.

This little gem of a spot was perfect for our needs and then some. It was super clean, well equipped and the layout is spacious! Wonderful unit! The owners have thought of everything, from tasteful and comfortable furnishings to a beautifully equipped kitchen.
