La Turbie for Nice IM World Championship

We chose this property as it was close but not in Nice. We were originally bringing dogs but did not in the end but it is very suitable for dogs as the grounds are secure. The property was spacious, comfortable and had all that we needed with a big kitchen space for catering for the extended family. Plenty of room to build the bikes for the race. La Turbie village was a 15-20 min walk and had the usual local good quality shops, and a good bike shop/mechanic. En-suite shower rooms were a blessing. Everything was what we needed but not in luxury category. The owner was outstanding in her help and communication.

Unfortunately Disappointing

The accomodation that me and my hen party recently stayed in, for a once in a lifetime hen party, a time in life that will never happen again and we were all totally disappointed. It was not fit for purpose. It was mis sold as a VILLA when it was actually 2 separate Apartments. The property was described on the website as a “Villa” that could be made into two apartments when in fact in reality it was 2 Apartments that could not be made into a Villa. Each Apartment had its own front door and there was a set of keys for each apartment and there were no Internal Doors or Internal Stairways linking the 2 Apartments. In the description under the Heading ‘General’ it clearly States 1 Unit. There were multiple discrepancies with regards to the accomodation in comparison to the website description particularly the Beds and Bedrooms. The”Top Living Room”is described as having 1 Double Sofa Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 1 Single Bed this is confirmed by the images on the website. There was NO Queen Bed or Single Bed just a double Sofa Bed. Garden Level Foyer is described as having a Double Sofa Bed however it is a very small double sofa bed and we had to use a fold up single bed alongside it that we found in the utility room to make it to a proper size Double. The Mattress and Sheets on the single portable bed were also stained . Additionally there was not a Hot Tub,Cushions on the Sun Loungers were tatty, frayed and stained. There was only 1 half roll of toilet paper supplied in each bathroom

Très belle villa

Très bon rapport qualité prix, assez de place pour les voitures ( nous étions 8 voitures). Piscine terrasse très bien. Chambres et toilettes propre. Seul bémols l entrée de la propriété casi impossible avec une voitures basse... Et la sortie donne directement sur la route principale.

Lovely!

We enjoyed a great time at this beautiful place! Lydia was incredibly accommodating and gave us some great recommendations (restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, ...). In the whole house there are 5 double beds, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 1 folding bed and 2 couches. We can only recommend this great place!

Absolutely perfect

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Our company consisted of 8 people, our family with three older children and their friends. All of them had a good time. The house is perfect, everything is new and clean. We had a lot of fun in the big garden and in the swimmingpool. We had a really nice welcome thanks to Roman and Lydia. The location was really good. There are a lot of cities within 20 minutes by car. We would recommend this beautiful house to everybody, our holiday was amazing.
