The screened-in lanai extends your living space into the fresh air, featuring a private pool that can be heated upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day. A cozy fire pit and tiki hut with a full outdoor grill station create the perfect backdrop for relaxed evenings. Whether you’re sharing stories after a beach day or preparing a casual meal outdoors, this space brings everyone together in comfort.

Kitchen & dining
The open-concept kitchen centers around a large granite island ideal for meal prep or gathering with family and friends. Fully equipped with modern appliances and cooking essentials, it offers everything you need to enjoy meals at home. The adjoining living area includes a flat-screen TV (streaming), perfect for movie nights after a day exploring the coast.

Sleeping arrangements
This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests with generous sleeping arrangements:
The primary suite on the main floor includes a king bed and large en suite bathroom.
A second bedroom offers a queen bed and private bath.
A third bedroom has two queen beds.
Upstairs, a fourth bedroom includes two full-size beds and an en suite bath.
The fifth bedroom provides a queen bed and private bath.
Each room includes comfortable linens and ample storage to make settling in easy.

Additional details
This home is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees ( 2 maximum- see below). WiFi, washer/dryer, and free parking are included.

- Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
