Your private screened-in lanai sets the tone - a heated pool (available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day), a fire pit, a tiki hut, and a full outdoor grill station with barbecue utensils. It's the kind of setup that turns a regular evening into something worth remembering.
 
Living & dining
Inside, an open-concept layout connects the living room and kitchen with ease. Settle in around the HDTV or gather at the granite island that anchors the fully equipped kitchen - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and dishes you need to cook and dine at home.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms across two floors sleep up to 10 guests:

Primary suite (main floor) - king bed, en suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 - queen bed, private bath
Bedroom 3 - two queen beds
Bedroom 4 (upstairs) - two full-size beds, en suite bath
Bedroom 5 - queen bed, private bath

 
Practical comforts
Washer, dryer, iron, hangers, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, dedicated workspace, keypad self check-in, and free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Dog-friendly with pre-approval and additional fees (limit two dogs).

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
