Located inside Sawgrass Country Club, this fully furnished five-bedroom home overlooks the surrounding golf course and sits just a short drive from the coast, dining, and local shops. The neighborhood setting feels calm and residential, ideal for unwinding while still staying close to the area’s beaches and attractions.

Living spaces
An open-concept layout connects the main living areas, making it easy to gather throughout the day. The living room centers around an HDTV with cable and comfortable seating, while the fireplace adds warmth during cooler evenings. WiFi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or quiet planning time between outings. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help keep the home comfortable year-round.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is designed for shared meals and easy conversation, anchored by a large granite island and full-size appliances. You’ll have space to prepare meals, serve family-style dinners, or linger over coffee at the dining table. The flow between kitchen and living areas keeps everyone connected, whether you’re cooking or relaxing nearby.

Outdoor living
Step out to the screened-in lanai, where the pool and fire pit create a flexible space for daytime swims or evenings outdoors. A backyard and patio area offer room to spread out, while the grill station makes casual outdoor cooking part of the experience. Seasonal pool heating is available upon request.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
