One side of a cute and cozy cottage style duplex on the west side of Bend. The host lives on one side and rents the other. A short distance to First Street Rapids Park, foot bridge and the river trail. 10 minute walk to downtown Bend with an assortment of restaurants, night life, and activities throughout the year. Convenient access to the parkway for the old mill or the mountain. Interior has a warm and inviting atmosphere with 2 bedrooms and 1.0 baths. Each bedroom has flat screen TV's.

Could not have loved my stay more! The location was great. Close to the river and a great path to walk into town. The home was beyond comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. I would stay here again if I come back to Bend and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay!

This is a really lovely stay ! Absolutely everything you may need . Neat , tidy , super clean . Nicely decorated, quality linens and entertainment options . Everything was perfect here from the location to the house itself! It was comfortable, cozy and very well stocked. Super clean! Sherry was an amazing host! She had great communication and response times. When we decided to stay an extra night it was no problem and was booked quickly!

Cute house, great location

We rented this home for a couples getaway with our best friends. The house is cute and has everything you need. We didn’t cook a meal during our 2 night stay, but opted to check out the local dining scene instead. A quick Uber to downtown, or a little less than a mile walk (we did both), and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping to be had. The neighborhood is quiet, and the home was comfortable. Communication with the owner is easy, if needed. We would definitely book here again!

Perfect Stay

Our experience could not have been better. The house was located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood a mere five-minute walk from the First Street Rapids Park on the Deschutes River. The house was fully equipped with supplies and we did not lack for anything, particularly in the kitchen, which had every kitchen tool one could ever require. Our host was wonderful and accommodating. An added bonus was that the house was a 15-minute walk from Central Oregon Locavore, a co-op grocery store that features local meat and produce.

This home is a perfect location if you want to be near the main strip downtown. Can easily walk to the restaurants and shops if you prefer not to drive.The property was filled with all the amenities so no need to make a run to the store. House was very clean upon arrival and easy to enter/lock up. House near the river

It was a wonderful property a block away from the river and walking trails. The kitchen was well equipped as was the laundry room. I would definitely stay there again! The only suggestion I would make is a book with tips about the house (trash, recycling items that trash provider allows, internet log in info, restaurants etc). Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Place to Stay for Bend Vacation

Our group came to Bend for an outdoor activities vacation. This house was the perfect central location for different mountain biking trails, whitewater rafting, paddle boarding on the river, and anything else you want to do in the area. The house location was less than a mile from Bend downtown - easy to walk along the river to get to all of the restaurants and shops. The house itself was very clean and the decor was very warm and inviting. The owner added special touches that were so nice for out of town travelers such as coffee, spices, laundry soap, bathroom soaps, etc. The owner was so easy to communicate with and responded to emails quickly. We would stay at this property again if we come back to Bend!

The house was very clean and well stocked with literally everything. TP, paper towels, laundry detergent, body wash and shampoo in shower. The location is excellent. A little over a mile to downtown Bend. Very convenient. Right by 97 so easy to get everywhere. The only thing that might need sourcing up is the outdoor patio area. A little old.
