This 2/2 condo is in the perfect position in the building for ultimate views! Plus this particular building is positioned on the curve of the beach meaning it sits further west than the building just to it's south giving an unobstructed view south down the whole crescent shape of the beach. 1100 square feet of inside air conditioned space with living and dining areas, 2 adjacent bedrooms, master with king bed and private ensuite bath, double sinks, step in shower, walk in closet. Master bedroom has sliding doors to lanai and view of the beach and Gulf and wall mounted flat screen TV. Guest bedroom with one twin and one double bed and slider to lanai. Guest bathroom steps from guest bedroom and convenient to living areas of the condo. Living room has sliding doors to lanai a wall of windows to the west with sofa, love seat, flat screen TV. Adjacent dining are has 2 walls of windows facing south and west, seating for 6. Kitchen with granite counters, plenty of cabinet space and fully equipped for normal everyday cooking, serving and leftovers. Full size stainless refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, double sink. Beach equipment included, sand chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrella. Patio furniture includes 1 lounge, 2 tables for eating outside, 4 lanai chairs.
The building has a heated pool, exercise room, covered parking, BBQ grills all use included. Also, tennis, pickleball, shuffle board courts available for nominal fee. Laundry facilities on each floor with nominal fee. There is also a long paved walkway by Clam Bay to stroll and enjoy the view and boating activity. The South Seas Complex is adjacent to Tigertail Beach which offers beach rentals. There is a parking fee charged at check in payable to South Seas office of $100 per vehicle, one time for the full stay.

Beautiful Condo!

Stayed at this beautiful condo in July with our family of 4 (2 adults/2 teens). The pictures don't do it justice, the views and sunsets were incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony, proximity to the beach and the great Marco restaurants nearby! The condo was spotless on our arrival and working with Karen was wonderful, she was so responsive and accommodating.

Immaculate condo with spectacular views

Even with tropical storm we had a fabulous stay! Clean and up to date unit with beautiful beach theming inside and great view of beach and water. We loved the wraparound porch area. Host made check in easy and was quick to respond to needs. Unit is well supplied with most needs for cooking, beach and hanging out. TV in each room and WiFi made my two teens happy! Would highly recommend this unit and host and will definitely stay again during future trips!

Our Annual Birthday Trip was Amazing

My hubs and myself stayed for a week 10/31-11/7/2020. We definitely picked a perfect week we only had rain fir one afternoon that took us off the beach. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and was spotless clean the bed was so very comfortable! We definitely will be back to enjoy Karen’s Condo! Thank you Karen for sharing your little slice of heaven with is❤️

Karen the property manager was amazing, informative, and helpful, The unit is exactly as pictured. Beautiful and picturesque. If you are into shelling and sunsets this is the place for you. Other then the overzealous pool lady who we watched treat numerous people way too condescending the place is a must stay. Lots of great food around the area, Joey's pizza, Michelbobs. Blue Lagoon you can't go wrong.

Marco vacay

Beautiful and relaxing. The pictures don’t do justice. The unit was well equipped with anything you need on the beach and for the stay. Very clean and well maintained. The unit manger was pleasant and prompt, making for a smooth transition upon touchdown. We were well informed prior to arrival and clear directions and suggestions were provided with a binder. Peaceful and relaxing as hoped for.

WONDERFUL

THIS UNIT IS IMPRESSIVE WITH IT'S LARGE BALCONY AND PANORAMIC VIEW OF THE OCEAN. THE SUNSETS ARE BREATHTAKING. THE SHOWER UNIT IN THE MASTER BATH WAS VERY NICE AND SPACIOUS. POOL HAS ADEQUATE SHADE, AND THERE IS A PLAYGROUND A SHORT WALK AWAY ON TIGERTAIL BEACH. WE TRAVELED WITH OUR KIDS AGES 9 AND 6. I WOULDN'T RETURN WITH THEM BECAUSE THE BEACH IS HUGE AND VERY LONG WALK FOR THEM BEFORE GETTING TO THE SHORELINE WHICH MADE FOR CRANKY KIDS! I WOULD DEF RETURN WITH JUST MY SPOUSE. THIS BEACH IS FULL OF SEASHELLS AND IS NOT THE SOFT POWDERY SAND THAT SOME FLORIDA BEACHES HAVE. IT WAS FUN TO GO SHELLING AND TO SEE THE SEA TURTLE NESTS BLOCKED OFF ON THE BEACH. I REALLY ENJOYED BIRD WATCHING FROM THE BALCONY TOO. GREAT LOCATION FOR ADULTS TO TRAVEL, BUT PROBABLY NOT THE BEST FOR CHILDREN. NAPLES IS A HALF HOUR AWAY-GREAT BEACHES THERE. THE UNIT PROVIDED BEACH TOWELS/BUCKETS/CHAIRS/UMBRELLAS/BEACH CART. NEED TO PAY FOR USE OF WASHER/DRYER IN SHARED MACHINES ON EVERY FLOOR. HAD TO PURCHASE EXTRA TRASH BAGS/PAPER TOWELS/SUGAR/DISHWASHER PODS BC WHAT WAS PROVIDED WAS NOT ENOUGH (1 TRASH BAG/1 PAPER TOWEL ROLL/NO SUGAR/NO PODS). THIS UNIT WAS NICELY APPOINTED AND CLEAN.

$$$Million dollar view!

Communication was fantastic. The property manager, Karen Met us upon check in. She was extremely warm and helpful. The unit was impeccably clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The utility closet was full of sand chairs, a beach umbrella & wagon. It was the patio that was our favorite. When we could not be “on” the beach, we could still be “at” the beach - by just stepping out one of the three glass doors. Starting with the sun rise and ending the day watching the sunset on the wraparound porch was divine!

Perfect Vacation!

Great place. Panoramic windows gave awesome view of the beach and ocean. The unit was immaculate, with everything clean and modern. Closet full of beach necessities, including cart, umbrellas, coolers, etc. We sat out on the large balcony every day, enjoying the nice south Florida weather! Beach is wide, making for a 10 walk to the water, but the sand is hard-packed and therefore easy to walk on. Karen was great, meeting us when we arrived, and showing us all we needed to know. Was an enjoyable vacation...would definitely recommend!

What you see is what you get!

The photos don't lie! What you see is what you get! The condo is beautiful and the views can't be beat! The entire place was sparkling clean and well supplied. We had a minor maintenance issue during our stay. Karen answered my text right away and got it taken care of. As a side note the beach in this area is very deep so be prepared for a bit of a trek. The condo has a wagon to assist with getting all your equipment to the waters edge. When we were there the sand was well packed so it wasn't difficult to walk on and pull the wagon.

Gulf views from every room

This was our first trip to Marco Island. Karen helped us check in and recommended restaurants for us. She was available for any questions we had. The views were amazing. In the evening we watched the sunset from the balcony. The unit was clean and well stocked. Would definitely return.

Views for miles!

My husband and I just returned from 12 glorious days in this lovely condo. The views from both inside and out were spectacular…beautiful sunsets every night. Would definitely book again! Karen was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful Condo

This was our second time staying at South Seas and this unit did not disappoint. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The wrap around windows give you beautiful views of the ocean and beach and brighten the entire condo. The balcony is awesome and we enjoyed evening sunsets that were absolutely perfect! If we stayed at South Seas again we would not hesitate to book this same unit.

outstanding views

Outstanding condo -- sweeping views of the beach, sunrises and sunsets, and easy access to sand dollar spit - a natural, unspoiled beach perfect for walking, shelling and bird watching. We stayed for two weeks in early November and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo is well furnished (comfortable sofas and beds) and well supplied. Our rental agent, Karen, was extremely helpful and was always only a text away. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Marco in early August

Great trip to Marco Island first week in August. Just wish could have made it 2 weeks! Unit was as advertised, great views, health walk to a beach with all kinds of shells to study, especially for the early risers. Beds were comfortable so early rising was a challenge. Karen was helpful and reliable throughout the process and knowledgeable of the area. The unit and location serves a great launch pad for local activities and longer road trips throughout South Florida.

Fantastic place
