MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY. Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath AND RECENTLY UPDATED condo near downtown Santa Fe. Fully furnished and equipped with full size washer/dryer, separate liv room, and full kitchen. Condo has 3 beds and sleeps six people. Condo is located is the safe and gated Zia Vista Condo complex with free parking. Amenities include community pool, tennis courts, fitness/gym, sauna and community center with free book/DVD library.

Other things to note

ONE MONTH MINIMUM rental. Rent includes all utilities (Wifi, cable, water, and electricity). 5% discount allowed for rentals of 2 or more months. No local telephone service provided.

A home away from home. I needed to have a comfortable, safe place for 6 weeks near St. Vincents.

Clean, neat and convenient to all Santa Fe. Very, very well furnished with every possible needed item. Good communication and immediate response. Park-like setting with trees lawns and well maintained common areas. Never a problem or disappointment in any way. The pictures on the site don't do the property justice; all areas inside and out exceeded my expectations. BNC

Great views of Sangre de Cristo mountains--snow capped in winter. Easy 30 minute drive to the Santa Fe Ski Basin.. Several mountain style golf courses nearby. Several Indian casinos nearby if you like to gamble.
