Anna Maria Sunsets - studio

This condo is at the Tortuga Inn which is the perfect beach-to-bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Ann Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street with two heated pools. A private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Beach chairs are included at no extra charge. Restaurants and cafes within a short walk. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times of year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors within the bay and ocean. Parking is included at no extra charge. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores, boat and other water activity rentals are within a short walk or drive but not on property. There is a free island trolly that can take you around the island.

Within the condo: the studio portion; a queen bed with a pullout couch, sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of closet space. A large bathroom, walk in shower with dual shower heads. Basic cable and free wifi included.

For an additional charge of $25 per day I do have a boat slip. Please enquire if you are looking to rent or bring your own boat or jet skis.

Mattress needs replacing because it’s kind of lumpy, other than that an excellent stay! Location is top notch. Free Island trolley stop right outside building. Steps to a gorgeous beach. A short walk to the best coffee on the island, The Jo. A great host. Small unit, but perfect for a couple. Would highly recommend!

This was such a perfect condo for my husband and I to stay at for my birthday weekend! The location is amazing! I absolutely loved being right across from the beach, yet walking distance to Bridge street! Communication with Will, the owner was great! The quick responses were appreciated! Right across from beautiful beach with free use of beach chairs. Easy Walking to restaurants with beautiful sunsets. Small but cozy condo with large bathroom. Host was terrific and always responded quickly to any questions I asked. Great place to stay. Hope to return.

The listing description was in accurate. There was a sofa in the main living area that was very large for the room. The bed was very uncomfortable and only a double. The bathroom was the largest part of the whole studio unit. Which was very nice. The pool that was outside of the unit was closed because of roofers, dropping clay tiles into the pool.The location of the property was very nice. There was the beach entrance right across the street, which was very convenient.This listing is showing for four people. There is no way 4 people can stay in this unit the maximum of two people.
