April visit

We were three older couples who thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the accommodations and the amenities. Any questions we had were answered immediately and the MarVista staff is very kind and always reachable. We will definitely return!

Great condo!

This condo was so tastefully decorated! Roomy and really nice furniture! Loved the balcony and spent most of my week out there. Having a tiki bar by the pool was a plus. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. If we return to North Myrtle Beach, this will be my go-to place!!

Very clean - needs some repairs

The unit was very clean - better than some units we have stayed in. However, the refrigerator doesn't have water to it, so no ice was available. Bought a pitcher to keep water cold. The turntable in the microwave doesn't work. One of the kitchen table chairs had been repaired with a screw that was way too long for it, so it poked up through the seat cushion, stabbing a family member. We partially removed the screw so we could use the chair.

Very disappointed in this review. We can’t fix problems that we don’t know about. We have a maintenance guy on property for these type of issues. Guest never gave us an opportunity to correct the issues she mentioned. The property manager has already contacted the guest to ask why we weren’t contacted. This is one of the nicest units in the building. Almost everything in this unit is brand new. The chairs she referred to were recently reupholstered not broken and fixed.

Wonderful stay!

Really enjoyed our vacation! We have stayed at many different places in MB and North MB over the years, and I believe Mar Vista was the cleanest and most well-maintained. The condo itself was very nice, with plenty of room for our family of six, and the view can’t be beat! Will definitely return!
