The main lounge centers around a large sectional and Sonos sound system, while the lower level includes another entertainment space with a 65" 4K TV and surround sound. Each room offers a comfortable retreat for relaxation after skiing or exploring the nearby trails.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is designed for effortless cooking with stainless steel appliances, Caesarstone countertops, and heated floors. Enjoy breakfast at the bar or share dinner at the dining table for eight. Step out onto the balcony to use the BBQ grill and take in mountain views between meals.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and four bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. The primary bedroom includes a king-split bed and ensuite with a glass shower. Additional rooms feature queen and king-split beds, with bathrooms offering both soaking tubs and glass-enclosed showers. Each space provides soft linens, wardrobe storage, and cozy touches for restful nights.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
