Why they chose this property
We have loved living in this home in Cape Town because of the lifestyle it offers. Direct access to the river from our private jetty and lovely mountains and stretches of beach close by.
What makes this property unique
This house has a lovely comfortable flow and spacious feel. The kitchen is modern, large and designed for family get togethers, with a great flow to the pool deck and river frontage. All the bedrooms are sunny and North facing, giving you access to the views of the river and mountains. There is a tranquil feeling with in the property with lots of trees and birdlife.
