We stayed for a quick girls’ trip and really enjoyed the place. Great location and very walkable to shopping, restaurants, breweries, etc. The unit was well appointed and also safe. Communication was easy and fast. We would recommend and would stay again!

The condo was perfect for our mini-vacation--nicely furnished, top end appliances, and a great location near downtown Asheville. We appreciated the security of the building and the convenience of an assigned parking space. We even got to see a beautiful sunset on our last evening at the condo! We'd happily stay there again if we return to Asheville.

Great downtown spot

Really enjoyed our stay. The building was on the edge of downtown and we were able to explore all of downtown on foot with ease. The condo was great and very comfortable with lots of conveniences, and the secured garage parking space was appreciated. A very short drive to the Biltmore. Had a great time enjoying Asheville!

This is our third time staying in this building and all of them have been great. This particular condo is nice and roomy. We love being walking distance to so much. We will definitely stay again!
