This recently renovated 2 level condo with 2 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms (1,396 sq feet) is located at the Evergreen Lodge at Vail. Main bedrooms, both located on the upper floor, feature king bed in master bedroom and queen size bed in guest bedroom. On the lover level, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens into the large living room with 2 queen size sleeper sofas and balcony access. Maximum unit occupancy up to 6 persons.

After a long day on the slopes, we’re sure that you will find comfort with us. Recent improvements add modern convenience, while maintaining old school charm. The Evergreen Lodge at Vail is the perfect mix of value, warm & friendly service and walk-to-everywhere location.

Great price, friendly staff, and perfect location in the center of Vail. Parking can fill up but the staff was very helpful assisting with solutions. Construction currently in the area but still easy to get to the paved trail to access lionshead and vail village.

Vail Evergreen Lodge

Wonderful spot close to Lionshead and bus stops to Vail Village. Only downside was the hot tub was closed a couple of times.

Great location and includes parking which was key. Only issue was windows and walls seemed like they were paper thin. With it by the interstate, you hear it loud and clear.

I was visiting with family, including a dog. Lodge was in a great, central location. Hotel staff were very nice. Enjoyed the morning coffee service. That was a pleasant surprise. Very clean. Would stay here again.

Holiday weekend getaway

This was a lovely, spacious condo located right in the heart of vail! It was an easy walk to both sides of town. The condo was clean and well stocked. We called down for extra blankets and they were back within minutes. The pool was small but private and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

My wife and I and another couple stayed in this unit. The unit was clean, comfortable, and accommodated our needs perfectly. Availability was limited during the time we we needed to be in Vail so our expectations for this unit were a bit low, but we were pleasantly surprised.

In need of a refresh

To say that the photos of the common areas were misleading is generous The "lodge" area was extremely dated and tired. The condo where we stayed may have been recently updated, but the rugs were stained, the sofas were stained, the finishes were subpar in multiple areas (e.g could see the edges of plywood on the kitchen counter next to the oven). Overpriced. Good location right between Lionshead and Vail Villages.

Evergreen Lodge at Vail

While the location was good and the staff was pleasant, the overall condition of the property is old. Dining is limited to dinner. The property smells of propane gas and we had maintenance come to our unit several times due to the gas smell when we turned on the fireplace. The tv's weren't in sink. Massively overpriced and run down. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Property is in great location between Vail Village and Lionshead Village.

The property has three full bathrooms, one located on the first floor and the other two connected to each bedroom. Walk to Vail Village is 8 minutes.

Nice Room, Resort run down and old

The room itself was nice. It was clean and it met our basic needs. The mattresses were very thin and not very comfortable. A good mattress topper would do wonders. The kitchen was very minimally stocked. Make sure to bring your own spices, there was only salt and pepper. The pictures are an accurate representation of the room. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, and the on-site Indian restaurant was good. However, the building itself is run down. It definitely needs an update. Only one (small) elevator was working. The location was great. Not walking distance, but a very short drive. Most places in the area have a shuttle, yet this property does not have a shuttle despite the close proximity. This would have been a nice addition. We've stayed at many VRBO's, this did not meet the typical expectations, especially for the high price point we paid. Even though the staff and service were so nice, it isn't enough for us to stay here again.

Nice place!

We really liked the apartment itself. The location was great and we had no issues. The fact that it was in a lodge with only one working elevator during the COVID pandemic was the only drawback.

Thank you for your feedback Andrew. I apologize for the inconvenience with the elevator. Since it's an older elevator, once it broke, we had to wait almost 2 weeks for new part, now both of them are working. Once again my apologies for that.
