* 1 balcony with barbecue, sink,, table, chairs, 1 grill.
* 1 POOL OF EXCLUSIVE USE OF HOSPEDES of the house. 6.40mx3.20m.
* 1 shower.
* Garage with 4 parking spaces in front of the house.
* Accommodates up to 14 people including children of any age.
* 900m from the mococa beach.
* It is located in a gated community, on the beach of Mococa, with concierge and rounds 24h.

* When approving the reservation, I contact to send a lease by email, to be filled with the data of all guests (rg, license plate), to authorize the entrance to the concierge of the condominium \ house.
