Family-friendly 4 bedroom 2 full baths (newly renovated bathrooms and outdoor shower!) home ideally located just off Main Street on a quiet dead end street - away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to many amenities. Walk to restaurants, shopping, beach, Falmouth Harbor, and the Island Queen Ferry for day trips to Martha’s Vineyard. Less than a mile to the finish line of the Falmouth Road Race and close to the Shining Sea Bike Trail. Free Trolley to Woods Hole is just a stone’s throw away.

The first floor has a brand new full bathroom with a walk-in shower off the kitchen, a queen bedroom that also has a twin bed, a bright front living room with a comfy sectional, a sleeper sofa and cable TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a sunny breakfast nook overlooks the beautiful landscaped backyard and patio area. Off the kitchen is the dining room that seats 8 comfortably. Down the hall is a newly renovated full bathroom with combination tub/shower. Across is a bedroom with a trundle bed that can be used as 2 twin beds or converted to a king. Up the spiral staircase to the second floor there is a Queen bedroom and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. The first floor has central air conditioning and there are wall units in each of the bedrooms on the second floor.

The back patio off the kitchen is private with both sunny and shady areas to relax. Gas grill, patio chairs, and a table for outdoor dining that seats 10. Enclosed outdoor shower is a refreshing way to cool off after a hot day at the beach. Enjoy the gas fire pit at night - relax and take in the quietness of the cape. There are lawn games: Corn Hole, Connect Four, and Jenga. Beach coolers, beach towels, 10 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a bike, and beach toys for the kids stored in the garage. The entire backyard is fenced in and private.

Harbor Heights Beach House shares space with Fitness Directions: the Cape Cod Best of Cape Cod Pilates and Personal Training Studio - featuring Pilates, personal training, and scheduled fitness classes in a brand new state of the art facility located adjacent to the house. Fitness Directions holds some of their small group classes outside in front of their lower garage that is next to our fenced-in backyard.

As our neighbor, Fitness Directions offers 1 free fitness class a day to 1 guest of Harbor Heights Beach House. Contact Fitness Directions directly to reserve your spot in one of their classes (508-495-6500) as space is limited. Classes include Barre, Spin, HIIT, Sculpt, Weight Room, Pilates, and more.
