Property was good, we had a good stay. Old house so expect lots of creeks. Not far from the spokane arena. Over all we had a good stay for our kids wrestling tournament.
Property was very clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the refrigerator but the host responded immediately and dropped off a brand new mini fridge for us to use during our stay.
Communication was great with owners. We had some issues the first day and worked through them. The location was GREAT. The refrigerator/freezer did not work. The wall heaters were tough to figure out, but the owners had portable heaters which made a big difference.
Second time staying here. Love the big deck and the large rooms. The location is perfect for adventures on the South Hill. Looking forward to staying here again. Don’t miss the Little Euro cafe just across the street. Excellent place for breakfast or lunch. Extremely happy with our stay!
It served the purpose of a place to sleep and shower while my husband was in the hospital. The fridge/freezer however was not working properly. Our ice cream melted overnight in the freezer and our milk soured in the fridge in the time we were there.
Great location in a really cute neighborhood. A little confusing to find at first because it is down a short alleyway behind other houses. A little hiccup with the plumbing while we were there, but the host was accommodating.
It was a great place to stay in Spokane, very quaint, and the host was super helpful and accommodated our need for an early check in. Definitely would stay here again!
Everything was clean and things were simple, but nothing in the apartment was quiet. One of the problems with these older buildings, so there probably isn’t much that can be done about it. But if you’re trying to put kids or a baby to sleep, plan on going to bed at the same time. The floors make so much darn noise it’s near impossible to stay quiet to avoid waking others.
Apartment was clean and in a good Location. We appreciated the designated parking space and excellent driving directions provided by the host. This is an old house but decorated nicely and had what we needed for the weekend. There are about 15 steps to get to the door as this is an upstairs apartment.
Peter Purchased this property in 2002 and lived in one of the apartments and rented out the others, slowly restoring all the property.
In 2013 Peter married Sarah and the next year they had their first baby, Piper and quickly were outgrowing their place. With baby #2, Riley, they have moved out of their place and are now happy to have it as a place for guests to stay. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we did!
