About this property

Golf and beach retreat

A three bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located between Middleton Beach and Emu Point, next to the Albany Golf Club, beach, cycle and walking paths.
There is a spacious, open dining/living area with a fully equipped kitchenette including oven, hot plates and dishwasher. In this area there is an air conditioner, flat-screen TV and DVD player.
Full laundry facilities are included and a cot and a high chair are also available. Linen is provided and there are electric blankets for the queen sized beds.
A fully fenced patio has a garden setting and BBQ.
Two bicycles are in the store room and are available free of charge as well as 2 sets of golf clubs (L & R handed).

Awesome place

Stayed there for 2 days first time staying in albany, the place is really well looked after and i did feel at home. Close to the nicest beach ive seen and golf course which is really good and its nice and peaceful in that area definitely recommend it if you want to get away, albany is beautiful

Albany in August

The property has a great location, only a short walk to the beach. The property had everything we needed and with the air conditioning and electric blankets, it kept us warm and comfortable in the middle of winter. We would recommend this property for anyone wishing a great place to stay in Albany.

My husband & I came down for 5 nights to catch up with friends.The house was perfect for us, we loved the location, very comfortable to be in and nice & quiet.Close to Middleton and Emu beach.The golf club do meals Saturday night which we will go to when we come again!BBQ was spotless, kitchen well equipped.Thankyou.

Our home away from home holiday

We have stayed in several properties through Stayz but the Collingwood house is by far, superior to them all. As we brought along our boat there were a couple of pluses straight away. Close to fishing ramp, and storage basically next door. The house was in the Golf Course Estate which was safe and very quite. Nothing was more than 10 mins away although it felt miles away because of the peaceful surrounds. It is the best equipped home we've been in. We wanted for nothing. Our host was extremely approachable and made sure we were comfortable in every respect. Although only the 2 of us, there was plenty of room for a large family. We have this home on file for future Albany visits, that's how happy we were. Thank you, Vincent and Stayz

Nice and spacious

Plenty of kitchen accessories, good tv & wi-fi. Could be cleaner, cob webs above bed in main bedroom. Good size fridge, ample power points. Sliding main door difficult access.
