Heated Pool 🤩

There is an elevator that makes it very easy to get to the top floor.

This direct oceanfront villa offers spectacular views of the ocean from the top floor. Ocean Dunes is situated between the Hilton Ocean Oak and the Marriot Ocean Grande. From the balcony you have a view of the Ocean Oak grounds and pool and the new Ocean Dunes pool, and of course that ocean front view! We do not have access to the Hilton’s Pool or Hot Tub however, we do have access to their grounds including yard games, ping pong, nightly music and beach bar.

There is an air conditioner/heater in the living room and the bedroom. Wall mounted flat screen TVs are in both living room and bedroom.

Cable and free WiFi are provided.

There is a full size kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Bed linens, bath towels, extra pillows and blankets are provided.

The kitchen is supplied with dishes, pots/pans, and a coffee maker. Ocean Dunes provides luggage carts for loading and unloading and there is a ramp and elevator.

A coin laundry room is located on each floor. Bike racks are located near the entrance.
The villa is smoke free including the balcony.
Renters are NOT allowed to have pets.
Owners ONLY are allowed to have pets.

Ocean Dunes is located between Coligny Circle and Sea Pines and is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and is along one of many walking/biking trails on the island.

Ocean Dunes is nestled between two high end resorts offering an outside cabana, grills, and games for our use as well! Beautiful 4th floor unit with a great ocean, pool and garden view! Only steps to the beach and one of the closest properties to the beach! Hang out on the balcony and enjoy the view or head down the path and find yourself on one of the best beaches in the US!

What is provided:

We provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest listed in the reservation; if this is not enough please bring your own.

We provide 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels per reservation. Please bring extra if this is not enough.

Daily maid service is not provided

Nice ocean view. Location was amazing. Withing walking distance to Coligny beach plaza. Owner was nice and amazing. The only negative thing I have to say is that the place smelled very old/moldy/mildewy . Other than that great.

What a View!

Stunning panoramic ocean views, very clean, very comfortable furniture, AC & fans work great, wonderful shower with handheld & rain shower head. Easy check in and excellent communication with host. She even went the extra mile to provide us with very nice beach chairs which made our beach time just perfect. Only issue...we couldn't stay longer! HIGHLY recommend!

Great View and Location

We had an excellent stay. The condo was clean, the view from balcony and living room was beautiful. Close proximity to shops and dining. The bed was comfortable. Pool was heated. We would love to come back!

The unit that we rented smelled as if the previous renters had a fish fry for a week. The floors were greasy probably from the fish fry. The refrigerator wasn’t cleaned, utensils didn’t look clean, the balcony had old ripped carpet on it (who puts carpet on a balcony at the beach?) and the beach chairs were covered in sand. I’m sure there might have been more but we only stayed for 30 minutes. Texted the owner and all we got was a text back saying “Well the last people really enjoyed it”. Our stay at the Omni in Palmer Dunes was great though. Oh…and no attempt to refund any part of our supposed stay.

Nice beachfront property

This condo is in the top floor (4 floors) with a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. It was very clean and well stocked. The building is a bit older but overall very adequate and safe. Right between two resorts makes it a nice area to stay and and nice beach area. The pool is a little small and makes you jealous of the resort pool next door but on the plus side it was not crowded at all. Very close to everything in Hilton Head. Would definitely stay again.

4 day getaway

We came to Hilton Head for our anniversary. The location was great. Close to all the shops and a bunch of restaurants. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view. The bed and pillows were not super comfortable but that is also subjective. Other than that, it was perfect for what we needed.

Good Location; As Advertised

The condo is as advertised. It's in a very nice location, walkable to restaurants and entertainment, but far enough from the public beach access that the beach is less busy. The bed one of the more comfortable we've slept in at a rental. It's firm, but not hard--nice support without any discomfort. Access to the neighboring resort's outdoor property is a nice perk, even if you can't use the pool. Otherwise, not much in the way of bells and whistles. Just a nice beachfront condo.

Needs a big upgrade. Walls are bubbling with blisters. The bathtub has a patch in it n sinks when you stand on it.

Lovely stay in HH

We had a wonderful stay for our week in HH! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We chose this place for the view and we were not disappointed. Beautiful sunrise over the water and we saw dolphins in the water several times in the evenings from the balcony. There is a filtered drip coffee maker in case that’s helpful for anyone’s planning. Alecia was very informative and accommodating as well. If heading to HH in the fall months (hurricane season, which I wasn’t very aware of) I would definitely recommend trip insurance. Overall we had the best week and will absolutely be back! Thanks for having us!

While ocean dunes is one of the older properties on coligny beach - this one bedroom unit was perfect for my husband and I- 4th floor excellent beach view from balcony!

This condo is in a great location. The unit was clean and recently remodeled. The view of the beach is fantastic. The building and grounds are dated and not luxurious but well maintained. Calling it a penthouse is a bit of a stretch as the unit is small but comfortable. No pool bathroom! All in all for a reasonably priced 1 bedroom condo with a view, we were pleased with our stay.

Great Stay!

My husband and I traveled from AZ to HHI to celebrate my birthday. I did a lot of research on the different areas to stay and different rental options. We wanted to find a place that was nice but reasonably priced considering we didn't plan on spending a whole ton of time in the rental, we wanted to be out exploring. AMAZING choice with an AMAZING view! I found my husband sipping coffee on the patio, looking out at the ocean while I was getting ready for the day. We rented beach cruisers and took them to and from breakfast/dinner daily! This rental is walkable to Coligny but we took our beach cruisers on the fun path each day and really enjoyed it. AC worked great. Host responsive/reasonable and even assisted us with finding a spot to put our luggage until check in time (our flight arrived in the morning). Would stay again!

Perfect babymoon getaway
