Very NY - 4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom - excellent for large groups - lots of space

Welcome to this classic NY charmer where everything has been renovated and elevated with the modern traveler in mind, so you have your hotel luxuries while living your best NY life.

Two floors walkup is well worth it when you find the light and ceiling height! Skylights in both bathrooms and hallway upstairs and the first floor is flooded with light from both south and north directions.

Moving on, space! Spread across two full floors, first floor offers a seamless living space with separate nooks to spread out and a bedroom and a bath tucked in the back of the kitchen. There's also a daybed and a sofa bed. Second floor has a main bedroom with two queen beds and a private bath on one wing, two more bedrooms with queen beds sharing a hallway bathroom on the other. Space is practical, generously furnished with premium hotel quality bedding, towels and bath amenities. Hallway bath also has a large capacity washer and dryer.

We can usually accommodate early/late luggage, please reach out.
If you require a different length of stay, please ask about options.
Pets allowed but require approval and $100 additional fee applies.

Some serious things to consider:
You must be 23 years or older to rent.
Cancellations will receive 50% refund, when paid in full and 100% refund if rebooked at the same rate.
Don't even think about partying here. No more than the registered number of guests in the apartment at any time without prior written approval from the owner.
